COMPOUND

A. Pull drawer all the way open then push back 1/16 of an inch.
B. Insert a screwdriver

on the other slide and remove drawer.
C. To reinstall drawer,
pry stop far enough out to engage lance(3/1 6" to 1/4") and push
drawer onto slides until

CASTER,INSTALLATION:
(Rollaway
only)(Fig. 1)
Note: Swivel casters with brake (14) should be mounted on the same.sideof
the rollaway
as the side handle (2), Fixed casters (15) are mounted opposite. Caster axles should
be lubricated periodically for continued good performance.
1) Lay cabinet down on its back side.
2) Position caster on caster channel and line up holes.
3) Insert four 5/16-18
x 3/4 screws (C) througll holes in caster;
weldnuts in bottom of rollaway. Finger tighten.
4) Repeat steps 2 and 3 to attach remaining
5) Wrench tighten all screws.
6) Turn cabinet to an upright position.

SIDE HANDLE INSTRUCTIONS:(Rollaway

Note: Holes in the handle are tapped therefore nuts are not necessary for installation.
1) Align handle (2) with holes on side of rollaway.
2) Using 14-10 × 5/8 screws (B) in each hole, tighten with a screwdriver.
3) Insert plug (3) in each end of handle and press tight,

INSTALLATION:

Note: Before installing
dividers in drawers decide in which position and in which drawers
they would best serve your needs, Drawer liners and top mat may be cleaned with
soap and water to keep them looking new. Top mat and chest panel gaskets may also
be treated with a rubber conditioner to keep them soft and pliable.
1) Center dividers over the holes of the drawers in the desired locations.
2) Start 10-24 x 5/16 screws (A) through
divider. Tighten with a screwdriver.

Your push button lock is presently set with a combination
of: First push #2 and #4
together,
and then #3. Make a habit of turning the knob [eft (counter-clockwise)
before
pushing the combination.
Should anyone have attempted
an improper combination,
this
action clears off such an attempt and reactivates the buttons.
TO OPEN;
1) Turn knob TO RESET (counter-clockwise)
to activate all buttons.
2) Push proper buttons in present order for the combination.
3) Turn knob RIGHT (clockwise)
to open.
TO LOCK:
1) Turn knob full LEFT (counter-clockwise)
TO CHANGE YOUR COMBINATION:

until it stops.

Note:You
may easily change to a new combination,
using one, all five or any number of
buttons you wish
in any order. Two or more buttons may be pushed at one time as part
of your new combination.
Simple
two and three button combinations
are easy to
remember
and still provide top security. Note: A particular
button can be pushed only
once in establishing a new combination.

1) Open the storage unit and relock your push button lock.
2) Press the correct buttons in the proper order for your EXISTING combination.
3) On the back side of the lock is the "clear out" button, (atthe opposite end of the turn
knob) with your finger,

4) Turn the knob full LEFT (counter-clockwise)
to "clear out" the existing combination.
5) Press the buttons firmly and deliberately
in the desired sequence for your new

6) Turn the knob to the RIGHT (clockwise) to set your new combination

Turn the knob ful! LEFT to lock. Your new combination
is now installed.

CHEST & ROL.LAWA_Y: Remove top drawer. Remove (2) 8-32 nuts from plate and remove
lock. Remove the back marked "Simplex" by gently lifting up on the staked joints at both
ends with a screwdriver
or sharp tool. The chamber now resembles
FIG. 1.

or other tool, slide E-ring
off unlocking
stud. With same tool, gently
lift the end of unlocking
slide over unlocking slide stud. Note; The unlocking
slide is under spring tension
and will be
easy to lift if pushed to the left to ease
tension. Swing unlocking

to clear gears, no further
than shown in
FIG. 2.

Depress the lockout slide. The gears are
now free to rotate. Turn each gear so that
the slots are aligned as in FIG. 3.
