HOWTO LOAD YOUR NAILER
,_I_WARNING: Do r;et allow familiarity e,f
your nailer to make you careless,
Remember that acareless fraction of a
second is sufficient to inllict severe injury.
1. Turn off thu power swiicl) and unplug
nailer from power source.
2. Use only brad nails recommended; sea
Specifications on page 5.
3. Pull the loading lever (2) l.oward the
back of the nailer until i! locks into
placer
4L Position the nailer exposing ti_e clear
magazine cl_amber (t).
5, Load brad nails into the magazine(I),
nail points facing down toward the
bottom of the nailer,
6. When using different lengths, Load so
the brad nail points are at the bottom
o[ [lie magazine (1),
7. Close magazine by pulling back and
pushing forward on the loading lever (2),
making sure the brad nails stay seated
in the 1rack, Releasing the loading lever
will engage tension lever (3) and move
the brad nails into firing position,
keeping tension on them

6, Squeeze the trigger (3) to drive the
brad nail.
7_ To decrease !he lorce the brad nail is
driven into the material, hJrn the force
seleclor k nob cou nlerc]ockwise toward
lhe _'-" on the l<neb. To increase driving
force, tu.rn the knob clockwise towards
the "+" symbol on the knob
8 tf the workplace is very hard, press
down on the i'_ousing cap (4) with your
free hand.
NOTE: AVOID BLANK SHOTS to prevent.

STANDARD MAINTENANCE

necessary°
• Use a clean cloth to remove dirt from
tile tool,
, Do not use gasoline, brake fluid, oils, or
solvents to clean plastic parts, These
chemicals will damage, weaken, or
destroy plastics.
• Do not oil or grease any parts°
• Keep the nail magazine chamber clean,
, Do not rotate or remove housing cap,
,_k WARNING: Do not alter or redesign
parts on this nailer, or attach special
fixturing_ This can be a source of personal
injury..
CLEARING A JAMMED BRAD NAIL
1, Turn off power, unplug the cord and
remove all brad nails from the
magazine.
2o Remove the two hex screws and
washers (t) located on the tacking
mouth cover_
3_ Remove the cover (2).
PROBLEM
CAUTION: The safety lock pin (3) and
spring may shoot forward,,
4. Remove the slot cover (4)
5. Remove the jammed brad nailo
6.. Replace all parts in reverse order..
7. Tighten screws°
8, Make sure the safety lock pin (3) is
correctly showing out of the tacking
mouth assembly (5).

I Apague la m&quina, desenchufe el cable
electrico y extraiga todos los clavos del
cargadoro
2 Extraiga los dos tornillos y arandelas (1)
ubicados en la cubierta de la boca
clavadora.,
3, Extraiga la cubierta (2).
PRECAUCI0N: Et pemo de seguridad {3) y et
resorte pueden dispararse hacia delante
4, Extraiga la cubierta de la ranura (4)
5, Extraiga el clavo trabado.,
6. Reponga todas las partes en orden inverso
7, Ajuste los tornillos.
8,, Asegurese de que el perno blocante de
seguridad (3) est_ mostrado correctamente
fuera de! conjunto de la boca ctavadora (5),
