The Creative T30 Wireless cannot be powered ON. What should I do?
● Ensure the connection of the power adapter to the AC cord is firmly attached and connected to the speaker with the mains ON.
There’s no Bluetooth link between my device and the Creative T30 Wireless. What should I do?
Ensure that your Bluetooth enabled device support A2DP profile. Refer to its user’s manual on how to enable (turn on) the
Bluetooth functions and capabilities.
You may also try the following:
● Delete the Creative T30 Wireless name entry from your Bluetooth device paired memory list and perform the steps in
Section 3 (Enjoy audio from Bluetooth devices) to re-pair your device with Creative T30 Wireless
● Make sure that there are no other wireless devices within 10 meter radius when pairing
● Ensure that both your Bluetooth devices and Creative T30 Wireless are not connected to any other devices
● On some Bluetooth device, you may need to select Creative T30 Wireless as your default output device after pairing is
complete**
Bluetooth link is established and paired between the devices but there’s no music.
What should I do?
**With some built-in Bluetooth enable computers, 3rd party USB Bluetooth dongles or other devices, you may be required to
manually specify/ setup the audio output as Creative T30 Wireless, e.g., (under sound and audio devices section on your
computer’s operating system) Please consult your manufacturer’s documentation for further information.
I am unable to pair to my Bluetooth NFC enabled device
● Ensure that NFC is turned on for your device. For information on how to turn on NFC, please
consult the documentation found on your NFC enabled device.
● Ensure that both your NFC enabled device is not connected to any other Bluetooth devices and that the Creative T30
Wireless is not connected to a Bluetooth device and try again.
Note: The Creative T30 Wireless can connect to a maximum of 1 stereo Bluetooth devices at any given time and will reject
the 2nd device connecting via NFC until the currently connected Bluetooth device is disconnected.
● Update your NFC enabled Bluetooth device firmware and try the above 2 steps again.
Why does my speaker enter standby (power saving) mode when i am still playing music using aux-in after more
than 15 minutes?
In keeping with EuP regulations, your Creative speaker will go into Standby mode if it doesn’t detect audio input on the
aux-in after a specific amount of time. This speaker uses a fixed threshold input level to enable auto power management
feature. This means if you greatly lower the volume on your mp3 player or smart device, your speaker might interpret this as
silence and go into Standby mode. This is by no means a product defect but a design intent in keeping with EuP regulations.

Pourquoi mon haut-parleur se met-il en mode Veille (économie
d'énergie) après plus de 15 minutes alors que je lis de la
musique en utilisant l'entrée auxiliaire ?
Conformément aux réglementations EuP, votre haut-parleur
Creative doit se mettre en mode Veille s'il ne détecte pas d'entrée
audio sur l'entrée auxiliaire après un délai spécifique. Ce
haut-parleur est réglé pour activer la fonctionnalité de gestion
automatique de l'alimentation lorsqu'un seuil de niveau d'entrée
déterminé est atteint. Cela veut dire que si vous réduisez
considérablement le volume sur votre lecteur MP3 ou périphérique
intelligent, votre haut-parleur peut interpréter le réglage comme du
silence et passer en mode Veille. Ce n'est en aucun cas un défaut
du produit mais une conception prévue pour respecter les

No puedo encender Creative T30 Wireless. ¿Qué debo hacer?
● Asegúrese de que la conexión del adaptador de corriente con el
cable de CA se encuentra correctamente acoplada y conectada
al altavoz con la alimentación encendida.
No se establece ningún enlace de Bluetooth entre el dispositivo
y Creative T30 Wireless. ¿Qué debo hacer?
Asegúrese de que el dispositivo dotado de Bluetooth admita el
perfil A2DP. Consulte el manual de usuario sobre cómo habilitar
(activar) las funciones y funcionalidades Bluetooth.
También puede intentar realizar lo siguiente:
● Borre la entrada de nombre Creative T30 Wireless del dispositivo

**Con algunos ordenadores con Bluetooth integrado, dispositivos
Bluetooth USB de terceros u otros, es posible que sea necesario
especificar o establecer la salida de audio como Creative T30
Wireless (por ejemplo, en la sección de dispositivos de audio y
sonido en el sistema operativo de su equipo). Consulte la
documentación del fabricante para obtener más información.
No soy capaz de establecer la conexión con mi dispositivo
Bluetooth con NFC

Compruebe que la función NFC esté activada en su dispositivo.

Asegúrese de que su dispositivo con NFC no esté conectado a
ningún otro dispositivo Bluetooth y de que Creative T30 Wireless no

Nota: Creative T30 Wireless se puede conectar a 1 dispositivo
Bluetooth estéreo como máximo al mismo tiempo, por lo que
rechazará un segundo dispositivo que se conecte mediante NFC

Actualice el firmware de su dispositivo Bluetooth con NFC y

¿Por qué entran mis altavoces en modo de suspensión
(ahorro de energía) después de 15 minutos si la reproducción
de música continúa a través de una entrada auxiliar?
El altavoz de Creative entra en modo de suspensión si no detecta
ninguna entrada de audio en la entrada auxiliar después de un
periodo de tiempo determinado con el objetivo de cumplir con la
normativa de productos que consumen energía. Este altavoz utiliza
un umbral de nivel de entrada fijo para activar la función de gestión
de energía automática. Esto implica que, si reduce considerablemente el volumen de su reproductor mp3 o dispositivo inteligente, es
posible que el altavoz interprete que esto es un silencio y entre en
modo de suspensión. Esto no significa que el producto tenga algún
defecto, sino que se trata de una característica del diseño para
cumplir con la normativa de productos que consumen energía.
Para evitar que esto ocurra, suba el volumen en el reproductor
mp3 o dispositivo inteligente al máximo, sin activar los ajustes de
distorsión, y utilice los controles de volumen del altavoz de
Creative para determinar el volumen (alto o bajo) del sonido. Esto
no es aplicable a las conexiones Bluetooth inalámbricas.
¿Por qué mi altavoz no entra en estado de suspensión de
forma automática tras 15 minutos de inactividad?
Asegúrese de que no haya dispositivos Bluetooth conectados al
altavoz y que la entrada auxiliar no tenga señal de audio.
