If problem persists, restart both DOTTl and the App. For iOS, you can try to unpair DOTTl in the iOS settings (Bluetooth), and try to reconnect again - Notifications cannot be received Please make sure Bluetooth is on. if only one specific Notification cannot be received, please switch off and switch on that Notification again, Ifall Notifications cannot be received, please try to switch unpair and restart DOTTI, and reconnect again. , DOTTI name does not change after set Sometimes the Bluetooth module needs to be restarted before the name change takes effect.
