Tips in Handling the Graphics Card

arm-Static bag unti you are ready to instaii it.

Hold the graphics card by its edges only. Be careful not to touch

Step I: Switch Off Your Computer's Power
Make sure that your computer is swttched OH and unplugged before
removing the cover. Also turn all any devices (pnnter, dlsplay, mo-
dern, etc.) you may have atmched to your computer.

Step 5: Insert the Graphics Card
Carefully sllde the gmphics card mm the AGP slot When the card's
edge-connector is aligned with the slot on the system board press
firmly on the top orthe card to seat tt Make sure the graphs card
ls straight and level compared to the computer's system board by
viewing rt from the side, Once you are satlsfied with lLs ellgnmeht
replace the slot covers screw on too of the card's bracket and gently
tlghten the screw to stebtllze the card.

Alpha Blending - using the alpha component to propomonally
