SBT602 User Manual
Charging the Bluetooth Speaker
1. Connect the small end of the USB charging cord into
the Mini USB charging port on the back of the
speaker.
2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to your
computer’s USB port.
3. The indicator light on the front of the speaker lights
up RED when charging.
4. The indicator light on the front of the speaker turns
off when finished charging.

Pairing the speaker with a Bluetooth
enabled device
1. Turn the speaker on by pressing the [ ] Power
ON/OFF button. If you’re using the speaker for the
first time, press and hold the [ ] Power ON/OFF
button to turn the system on. After 4 seconds the
audible signal is emitted.
3. Press the [ Connect ] button. The Indicator light
will flash BLUE and RED.
4. Keep the speaker and Bluetooth enabled device
within 3 feet of each other during the pairing
process.
5. Set your mobile phone or other Bluetooth
enabled device to search for Bluetooth devices.
On an iPhone
• Go to SETTINGS > GENERAL > BLUETOOTH
(Make sure Bluetooth is turned ON)

6. When the Bluetooth enabled device finds the
speaker, select SBT602 from the list of found
devices.
7. If required, enter the password 0000. Select OK
or Yes to pair the two units.
8. After a successful registration, the LED Indicator
light will flash BLUE.
Note: If the speaker has already been connected
to the Bluetooth device/phone, press the Power
button on the speaker for 4 seconds to turn on the
speaker again. The speaker will reconnect with the
Bluetooth device/phone automatically.

Caller ID
The speaker will read out the phone number of
any incoming calls while connected to a
Bluetooth enabled device.
NOTE: If your phone is set to answer within a few
rings, it will answer and go to voicemail before the
number is read allowed. Be sure to set your amount
of rings higher on your mobile phone if you want this
feature to work correctly.

to assist in the explanation of the pairing process.
Your Bluetooth enabled device’s interface and
interaction with the Bluetooth Speaker may
slightly differ from the illustrations above.
Cable Connection
To listen to music using a wired connection, connect
your music device to the audio port using the
included audio cable.
NOTE: The Audio port does not work as a headphone
jack. Whenever you connect the audio cable, the
status indicator will light up BLUE. The functions on
the speaker will not work with the cable connected.
Playing Music
To enjoy wireless music on your Bluetooth
Speaker, make sure you are connected to a
Bluetooth enabled device. Once connected you
can press PLAY on your Bluetooth device or you
can press the [
] button on the SBT602
Bluetooth Speaker.
Now discoverable
Once playback has begun, you can control the
music or answer phone calls from the control
buttons of the Bluetooth speaker (with devices
that have the AVRCP Bluetooth profile).
Safety and operating instructions should be retained
for future reference.
• Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel.
Servicing is required when the unit has been
damaged, such as the power supply cord or plug is
damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects have
fallen into the unit, or the unit has been exposed to
moisture.

• To reduce the risk of fire or electrical shock, do not
expose this product to rain or moisture. The unit must
not be exposed to dripping and no object filled with
liquids, such as a vase, should be placed on the unit.

(With devices that have AVRCP Bluetooth profile)
Quickpress the [ VOL+] button to go to the next song
Quickpress the [ VOL-] button to go to the previous song.
Receiving calls
When receiving a call, the music will stop playing
automatically. You can transfer the call from the speaker
to your phone, or you can power off the speaker for a
private conversation. Once the call has ended, use your
mobile phone to continue music playback.
Troubleshooting Tips
I can pair the Bluetooth Speaker with my Bluetooth
device, but I cannot hear any music?
1. Make sure your Bluetooth device supports A2DP profile.
2. Turn up the volume on your Bluetooth device.
3. You may have to unpair the speaker, then re-pair to your
device.
I cannot get the Bluetooth Speaker into Pairing Mode.
1. Make sure the Bluetooth Speaker is turned ON before
beginning the pairing process.
2. Press and hold the [ ] button. The LED indicator
light on the front of the speaker will flash RED and
BLUE alternately.
3. The speaker is now in pairing mode
My Bluetooth Device is not able to pair with the
Bluetooth Speaker.
1. Make sure the Bluetooth Speaker is turned ON before
beginning the pairing process.
2. Keep your Bluetooth Speaker and Bluetooth enabled
device within 3 feet of each other during the pairing
process.
3. Press and hold the [ ] button. The LED indicator
light on the front of the speaker will flash RED and
BLUE alternately.
4. Check that YOUR device’s Bluetooth feature is turned ON.
5. Try repeating the pairing process, see “Pairing the Speaker
with a Bluetooth enabled device”.
• Do not install near any heat sources such as
radiators, stoves or other apparatus that produce
heat.
• Only use attachments/accessories specified by the
manufacturer.
