If a key is held down for more than 4-5 minutes, then assume a stuck key.
The firmware will need to ignore the stuck key and periodically scan the key to see if the stuck key
condition remains. If the stuck key condition remains, then continue ignoring the key. If the key is
no longer stuck, then resume normal keyboard scanning operations.
