The Eagle Radar and Cotton Mass Flow Sensor are installed in agricultural automotive equipment as
original equipment, We do not supply a manual with the unit but we do notify the equipment
manufacturer of the required statements that must be placed in the equipment manual, meeting the
requirements of the Federal Communications Commission CFR 47. Part 15. Paragraph 15t19(a)(3)
and Industry Canada RSS-210. Paragraph 5.11:
A representative copy of this notification letter is attached.

We do not supply a manual with this unit but we request that the following required statements he
placed in the equipment manuals to meet the requirements of the Federal Communications
Commission CFR 47, Part 15, and Industry Canada RSS-210.
COMPLIANCE STATEMENT
"This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC rules. Operation is subject to the following two
conditions: 1)This device may not cause harmful interference, and, 2) This device must
accept any interference received including interference that may cause undesired operation.”
MODIFICATION CAUTION STATEMENT:
“CAUTION T0 USER: Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party
responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment”
RF EXPOSURE CAUTION STATEMENT (for a mobile device that must maintain a separation
distance of at least 20 cm):
"RF Radiation Hazard Warning: To ensure compliance with FCC RF Exposure requirements,
this device must be installed in a location such that the antenna of the device will be greater
than 20 cm (8 in) from all persons."
