Manual Requirement of FCC / IC Our product (DNMWR007) is one of vehicle parts incorporated into the vehicle as original equipment. Therefore, we will not supply the user’s manual and service manual of the product. However, we will ask the vehicle manufacturer to include following statements in the vehicle user’s manual and service manual in accordance with FCC and IC requirements. 1. Requirement for User Manual 1.1. FCC Requirement 1.1.1. In accordance with 15.21 of FCC rule, following statement will be included in the user’s manual. FCC WARNING Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment. 1.1.2. In accordance with requirement of FCC RF exposure, following statement will be included in the user’s manual. Radiofrequency radiation exposure Information: This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. This equipment should be installed and operated with minimum distance of 20 cm between the radiator (antenna) and your body. This transmitter must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. 1.1.3. In accordance with requirement of FCC§15.19(a)(5), following statement will be included in the user’s manual. This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. 1.2. IC Requirement 1.2.1. In accordance with requirement of RSS-Gen, following statement will be included in the user’s manual. This device complies with Industry Canada licence-exempt RSS standard(s). Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation of the device. 1.2.2. In accordance with requirement of RSS-102, following statement will be included in the user’s manual. Radiofrequency radiation exposure Information: This equipment complies with RSS-102 radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. This equipment should be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20 cm between the radiator and your body. 2. Service manual In accordance with SAR requirement of FCC and IC rules, following statement will be included in the user’s manual. Radiofrequency radiation exposure Information: This equipment complies with FCC/IC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. This equipment should be kept with minimum distance of 20 cm between the radiator (antenna) and your body at all times during adjustment. This transmitter must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.
