Installing the Batteries1 Remove the battery cover from the bottom of the mouseby pressing the tab located on the bottom and lifting itoff.Bottom of mouse2 2 AA NiMH rechargeable batteries are included. Insertthe supplied batteries, making sure that the positive (+)and negative (-) ends of each battery match the polarityindicators inside the battery housing. WARNINGS: Use ONLY heavy-duty NiMHrecharegeable batteries. Sleep ModeThe mouse's sleep mode feature activates after 8 minutesof non-operation. To wake the mouse, click the left, right orscroll mouse button.TroubleshootingWhat do I do if the mouse does not work?• Make sure that the polarity of the batteries is correct. Thepositive (+) and negative (-) ends of each battery mustmatch the positive (+) and negative (-) connections in thebattery housing.• Make sure that the batteries are fully charged.
