UPTIME MAINTENANCE PLANNER
• Check chain case oil level
318D and 320D
• Replace hydraulic oil filter
• Lubricate steering linkage—if equipped
• Take engine coolant sample
• Check coolant
• Check and clean cab fresh air filter—if equipped
• Check and clean cab recirculation air filter—if equipped
• Inspect and clean fuel tank vent tube
• Drain, flush, and refill cooling system
• Check tire pressure
• Replace fuel filter and water separator
Every 250 Hours
• Check wheel lug nut torque
• Check hydraulic reservoir oil level
• Lubricate boom linkage, cylinder pivot points, and Quik-Tatch™ linkage
Every 6000 Hours
• Change chain case oil
• Change hydraulic reservoir oil
Initial Service - 250 Hours

• Replace in-line fuel filter
• Drain fuel tank sump
• Replace secondary engine air filter
• Change engine oil and replace filter
• Change engine oil and replace filter
• Take hydraulic oil sample
• Add coolant extender as indicated by COOL-GARD™ II test strips
As Required
• Check and drain water separator fuel filter
• Check and drain auxiliary fuel filter and water separator—if equipped
Every 10 Hours or Daily
• Check engine oil level
• Inspect and clean cooling package
Every 1000 Hours
• Take diesel fuel sample
• Take engine oil sample
Every 500 Hours
• Replace auxiliary fuel filter and water separator—if equipped
• Check coolant level Every 50 Hours
• Replace hydraulic oil reservoir breather
• Replace primary engine air filter
