TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To receive your rebate check: submit materials as specified. Allow 8–10 weeks for processing. If terms and conditions are
not met, rebate check will not be sent. Claims postmarked or received after applicable dates and incomplete or illegible
submissions will be returned as ineligible. HP is not responsible for any claims lost, damaged or delayed in transit. Rebate
check is void if not cashed within 90 days of issuance and cannot be reissued.
General terms and conditions: Offer good on purchases made between January 29, 2006 and February 25, 2006 of
qualifying products. Products purchased before or after these dates are not eligible for this offer. Purchase date is determined
by invoice, receipt, packing slip or transaction record of the last product purchased. All purchases of qualifying products must
be made on the same day. Rebate does not apply when qualifying HP printer and Notebook PC are purchased together in a
single box. Rebate does not apply when only a qualifying HP printer is purchased. Offer combinable with the HP Pavilion
Notebook PC $50 mail-in rebate (offer #NB01306) and the Compaq Presario Notebook PC $30 mail-in rebate (offer
#NB01406) for Notebook PC skus ending in “US” only. Offer is combinable with other reseller offers not to exceed $150.
Offer is not combinable with other HP national offers. Offer not valid on refurbished, electronic auction or demo HP products.
Offer is limited to product on hand and NO substitutions with other products are eligible. Keep copies of materials submitted;
originals become HP property and will not be returned. HP reserves the right to request additional information regarding this
claim. False information disqualifies this claim, making it subject to review under U.S. Postal Regulations. Violators may be
prosecuted. HP reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time. HP reserves the right to substitute offer
products without advance notice. HP products may not be returned for refund once the rebate claim has been submitted.
Only purchases made by an end-user customer or commercial business from an authorized HP reseller in the United States
and its territories are valid. Rebate checks will only be mailed to the U.S., U.S. territories and U.S. military bases. Purchases
