Mail-In Terms And Conditions:
1. All four (4) items, listed above, must be
received and postmarked within forty-
five (45) days from the date of qualifying
purchase.
2. Featured Black & Decker products must
be purchased between April 15th, 2007 and
June 30th, 2007. Proof of purchase must be
submitted no later than August 15th, 2007 to
be eligible.
3. The original sales receipt must indicate
a qualifying purchase, with a qualifying
Black & Decker Cat. No. and/or UPC number.
4. Offer only available to consumers who make
a qualifying purchase at a Participating Store
within the domestic United States, Alaska,
Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam.
5. Claim forms postmarked after the postmark
date noted above will not be honored.
6. Allow four (4) to six (6) weeks for receipt
of your Activated Voucher.
7. Offer consists of one (1) Complimentary
Companion Airline Ticket Activation Voucher.
The recipient of the activated voucher is
required to purchase one adult roundtrip,
coach-class airline fare to receive a
companion ticket. Airline ticket is valid for
travel originating within the 48 contiguous
states. The voucher will be valid pursuant to
the terms and conditions of the voucher.
8. Limit one (1) per featured product and full-
fare paid traveler.
9. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
10. Activated vouchers will only be sent to valid
address in the domestic United States,
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam.
11. The coupon, registration form and
activation voucher have no cash value.
12. This offer cannot be combined with any
other offers.
13. No P.O. boxes accepted. No reproductions
of the coupon form accepted.
