All incomplete claim forms will be returned to the end user and must be correctly completed before the claim is considered valid. Claims will be deemed invalid if proof of purchase, signatures, product descriptions, serial numbers, prices or details for payment of cashback have not been included. Xerox Limited will not accept responsibility for claims that have been lost, delayed in the post, misdirected, damaged or insufficiently stamped. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Xerox Limited reserve the right to audit all claims to ensure that the terms and conditions have been adhered to and to request relevant additional information and supporting documents. All claims must be submitted by the end user customer. All purchases must be made and invoiced by this date. Claims must be made within 14 days of purchase and all claims must be received at Xerox Limited th no later than 14 October 2007. If, for whatever reason, the printer purchased is returned or money refunded Xerox Limited may arrange for the cashback to be refunded by the end user. Failure to do so will result in legal action. 19. Your cashback will be provided direct from Xerox Limited and can not be obtained from your reseller. 20. Every effort has been made to ensure that the information in this document is accurate. Xerox Limited shall not be responsible for printing errors or any defects in the promotional item.
