Purchases must be made between November 5, 2007 and December 24, 2007 inclusive. Eligible products within a combination

must all be purchased at the same time and must all appear on the same receipt. Products within and for one combination

same envelope. All sales receipts are subject to verification and must clearly show the date of purchase, name/address of the

retailer, the name of the product purchased and price paid. All information on the claim form must be fully completed and clearly

legible. Any sales receipt that appears to be altered will not be accepted. Keep copies of materials submitted for your records.

All claims must be received by January 10, 2008 (envelopes received after that date will automatically become void). Allow 6-8

weeks for delivery of your gift(s) which will be delivered to the address on the claim form (if a gift is returned as undeliverable,

the person who had claimed the gift will be deemed to have forfeited their gift and no claim for a gift after the receipt of the

returned gift will be honoured). Sponsor is not responsible for gift claims which are not received and/or are lost or misdirected

(whether in the mail or otherwise) no matter who is at fault. Gift(s) will only be sent to a Canadian address. The Sponsor, at its

sole option, and for any reason, reserves the right at any time and without any notice to: (i) place reasonable restrictions on the
