900-0019 Rev. 6/92 Welcome to the Service Tools Program of Onan Dealers! The Service Tool Catalog is your guide to a wide assortment of Onan Special Tools. These Onan Special Tools have been specially engineered for Servicing Onan products. Your service department can now select special tools for regular maintenance, as well as complete overhauls. Through this program your Onan Distributor is also able to supply your Shop Equipment needs. Ask your distributor for details. The program is easy to operate. You place your order from one source, receive one bill, and you will find it usually costs less. All of the tools in this catalog should be ordered from your Authorized Onan Distributor. Service Image The Onan service department plays a key role in the daily operations of your dealership. This tool program is provided to equip your parts and service departments with service tools to handle those complex jobs of servicing. RETURN GOODS POLICY To return items ordered in error etc., contact your Onan Distributor. RETURN GOODS WARRANTY To return merchandise to Service Tools for warranty, pack securely in a carton and send prepaid to Service Tools, 655 Eisenhower Drive, Owatonna, MN 55060. In the carton with the merchandise, include a letter, giving detailed reasons for the return, include a copy of your original invoice for the material. Returned items will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt. DAMAGED ITEMS If merchandise has been damaged in shipment, notify the transportation company at once so you do not lose your right to file a claim with the carrier. Return broken or damaged merchandise to Service Tools using the procedure as stated above. WARRANTY All merchandise distributed by Service Tools is protected where applicable by the manufacturers warranty.
