Beechfield has been designing, manufacturing and
supplying brandable headwear for more than 20 years.
In that time we’ve learnt what makes the difference
between good headwear, and a treasured wardrobe
favourite that will be worn time and time again. We pride
ourselves on pouring all of that experience and expertise
into every product we make.
For 2015, our new product development team has excelled
itself. From classic waxed cotton flat caps to jersey beanies;
retro suede peak snapbacks to timeless linen summer
Gatsbys; and straw cowboy hats to sparkling berets – we’re
introducing no fewer than 28 new and exciting ‘Retail Ready’
designs. Every one of these new products is at the leading
edge of high street style and redefines the very concept
of brandable caps and hats.

All our products are specifically designed for quick, easy
and profitable decoration too. Take our innovative 5-Panel
cap design, which is often imitated, but never bettered; or our
knitted Printers’ Beanie with printable patch, which provides
an elegantly simple solution to a common problem. Screen
prints, transfers, embroideries, appliqués, badges, emblems,
rhinestones… Beechfield caps and hats provide the perfect
canvas for all types of embellishment and branding.

Headwear collection offers an unrivalled choice of over 100
high quality, affordable, expertly designed and beautifully
finished styles, in up to 36 contemporary colourways,
all of which are proven to turn heads and get you noticed.

The potential for quick, easy and profitable
decoration is designed into every Beechfield product.

The re-branding of Beechfield products
has never been easier with our TearAway labels.

Our 'Retail-Ready' headwear cries out for embellishment,
whether it's a screen printed logo, embroidered slogan,
fashionable appliqué, or personalised transfer image. The
good news is that all of our products are specially developed
with these decoration processes in mind.

We’re always looking to improve our products and we are
constantly responding to evolving customer requirements
and market demands. Our TearAway labels do just that,
answering directly to the growth of the re-branding market.

Fabrics are tested for compatibility with the most
popular printing inks, embroidery threads and transfer
papers. Seams are positioned to give maximum
scope for branding and creative expression.
Finishing details are selected to complement and
never impede surface decoration.
Take the new B465 Chunky Ribbed Beanie whose cuffed
design is optimal for effective decoration, or the new
B610c 5 Panel Contrast Snapback, with its seamless
front panel for uninterrupted embroidery and print.

The TearAway labels comprise a front ‘sheet’ with brand,
style and address information. This is made from
easy-tear fabric and can be removed in seconds to
leave an unbranded 'Retail-Ready' product. Behind this
front sheet are additional sewn-in sheets made from
traditional satin‑type label fabric. These sheets provide
fibre composition data (in 23 European languages),
as required by EU regulations, and care instructions
by way of internationally recognised care symbols.
Look out for the TearAway logo, which appears next
to every product carrying the labelling system.

partners to ensure that our ethical standards are constantly maintained.

partners meet or exceed all local environmental laws and regulations,
and we promote energy efficiency and the reduction of waste at every
stage of production.
And we stay continually updated on REACH legislation, commissioning
regular fabric and component testing to ensure compliance with this
strict European product safety and environmental protection standard.
