DESCRIPTION:
Fashionable track style speaker that may be installed on wall or ceiling. Track speakers are a stylish answer
for providing paging and background music in offices, restaurants and lobbies. The speaker utilizes a full range high
fidelity 5 inch speaker and is filled with damping material to minimize vibrations. Effortless aiming of the speaker is
accomplished by loosening two knobs.
These track speakers are available in white or black high gloss finishes. A nine position selector is provided
for easy adjustments of audio levels. Using a combination transformer, the speaker operates on 25, 70 and 100 volt
speaker lines.

MODEL S-530B TRACK SPEAKER
The Model S-530B Track Speaker shall consist of a speaker transformer baffle assembly designed to be
mounted on a wall.
The speaker housing shall be 5.80” (11.73 cm) in diameter and 8.8” (22.35 cm) in length. The speaker shall
weigh 3.2lbs. (1.44 kg). The speaker housing shall be constructed of aluminum tubing and finished in a white, gray or
black epoxy powder coat paint.
The frequency response shall be 80 Hz to 15 kHz +3 dB. The sound pressure level shall be 96 dB, 1 watt at
1 meter with 1 kHz input. The power handling capacity shall be 20 watts rms/30 watts peak.
The line transformer shall be capable of operating on a 25, 70 or 100 volt lines speaker. A nine position rotary
tap switch shall provide volume level adjustments. The level adjustments shall range from 1.9 watts to 30 watts.

Limited Warranty
Clarity warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under conditions of normal use
and service for a period of one year from the date of shipment. The obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the
replacement, repair or refund of any such defective device within the warranty period, provided that:
1.

inspection by Clarity indicates the validity of the claim,

2.

the defect is not the result of damage, misuse, or negligence after the original shipment,

3.

the product has not been in any way repaired by others and that factory sealed units are unopened.
(A service charge plus parts and labor will be applied to units defaced or physically damaged).

4.

freight charges for the return of products to Clarity are prepaid,

5.

all units “out of warranty” are subject to a service charge. The service charge will cover minor repairs
(major repairs will be subject to additional charges for parts and labor).

This warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties expressed or implied, and in no event shall Clarity be
liable for any anticipated profits, consequential damages, loss of time or other losses incurred by the buyer in connection
with the purchase, operation or use of the product.
This warranty specifically excludes damage incurred in shipment. In the event a product is received in damaged
condition, the carrier should be notified immediately. Claims for such damage should be filed with the carrier involved in
accordance with the F.O.B. point.
