CRASHZONE - HOW TO USE AUDANET

I. Setup Audanet Account:

1. Go to Crashzone Setting Page

2. Go to Integration Tab - Click on AudaNet Setting

3. Put in Your AudaNet Username and Password

4. Submit

II. Download a original Quote from AudaNet

1. Go into the Detail Page of the job you want to download from AudaNet

2. Click on “Audanet” button to download the quote from Audanet

III. Download an Authorised Original Quote from Audanet

1. Go into the View Page of the job you want to download from AudaNet

2. Make sure your job have No Supp Quote in it yet

3. Login into your AudaNet System with your account at:

https://audanet.audatex.com.au

4. Search for your claim, and make sure its status is “Authorised”

5. Now Go back to Crashzone Detail Page, Click on “Authorised Audanet” button

6. Click OK, now you will notice a new note at Crashzone bottom page

7. Now, click on “Audanet” button, wait until CZ auto refresh the page,2 New Notes

appear at the bottom, 1 for backup your old quote, 1 for the authorised message

8. Click on CZ View Page and you should see the authorised message there

IV. Download a Supp Quote from AudaNet

1. Go into the Quote Page of the job you want to download from AudaNet

2. Make sure you have a blank supp quote in there (Click on Create new Supp if

you don’t have one)

3. Go back to Detail Page,Click on “Audanet” button to download the supp quote

from Audanet (Make sure status of this claim on Audanet system

are:Supplementary Added, Supplementary Pending… before click on the

button)

V. Download an Authorised Supp Quote from Audanet

1. Go into the View Page of the job you want to download from AudaNet

2. Make sure your job have a Supp Quote in it already

3. Login into your AudaNet System

4. Search for your claim, and make sure its status is “Supp Authorised”

5. Go back to Crashzone Detail Page, Click on “Authorised Audanet” button

6. Click OK, now you will notice a new note at Crashzone bottom page

7. Now, click on “Audanet” button, wait until CZ auto refresh the page

8. 2 New Notes appear at the bottom, 1 for backup your old quote, 1 for the

authorised message

9. Click on CZ View Page and you should see the authorised message there
