DATA TRANSFER INSTRUCTIONAL MANUAL
The python code for the data transfer is available on this link. Here are the steps to use the program
Copy and paste the python file ‘data_transfer.py’ where all your files are located. This is where your
resultant folder will appear.
Now go to the directory bar at the top of the window and type in ‘cmd’. This will open up the
windows command prompt from where you run the python program

Now type in ‘python data_transfer.py’
You will see that the program asks you for multiple inputs. Enter these inputs with spaces in between.
Press enter once you’re done with a complete input (controls, shams no. etc)
Enter the result file name that you’d like to set and press Enter

Data transfer complete. (NOTE: I have put in a separate tab for satiety ratios as they are dependent on
values from 2 sheets)
