The Vigor2762 series VDSL2/ADSL2+ routers are designed
for VDSL2 broadband network and can also support
ADSL2/2+ fixed line. With IPv6 Ready for future network
and higher-speed WAN throughput, the high-definition multi-
media streaming is available for home entertainment and
digital learning. The embedded VPN connections can allow
family members to utilize ultimate broadband performance to
realize home office. The MAC access control, multiple-SSID,
authentication management on WLAN creates much secure
wireless network. The users of your connected PCs can use
Web Portal Log-in and Bulletin Board to remind each other.
The content security management (CSM) prevents your family
or home office from unwanted web sites/access.
The entertainment applications running over the home network
infrastructure and home-based productivity for SOHO are
growing. The Gigabit Ethernet WAN ports optimize the
throughput performance and flexibility for time-critical console
gaming, multimedia streaming and P2P downloading as well
as IP telephony. The four Gigabit ethernet (10/100/1000
LAN ports) auto-sensing ports facilitate home networking with
width-intensive applications! Through the combination of
Gigabit WAN and Gigabit LAN ports to optimize the
bandwidth usage, the downstream data and voice packets for
Triple play can be flawlessly displayed in endpoint devices,
such as HDTV, desktop/laptop or analog/IP phone.
The Vigor2762 series give you the time scheduling function to
save your energy bill plus reducing the carbon footprint. For
wireless security, Vigor2762 series routers are also efficient
for wireless network management. For instance, its "Wireless
LAN isolation" can easily isolate wireless network for friends
or guests.
Then, the access rights of various wireless clients can be
managed by “MAC address control" and deployed
"WEP/WPA/WPA2" authentication. No need to remember
passwords, you simply press "WPS" button on router and then
enable users to securely connect laptop or computers to the
router!

Small offices normally choose the affordable Internet plan
instead of increasing the bandwidth over 100Mbps. Hence,
how to reserve and prioritize bandwidth for the essential
applications is critical to operation. The Vigor2762 series
routers have VoIP QoS to guarantee the priority for VoIP calls
automatically once VoIP calls was detected. In addition to
QoS, you can manage the bandwidth consumption of every
employee based on the individual IP via Session Limit and
Bandwidth Limit. The Smart Bandwidth Limit allows you to only
set bandwidth reservation for PCs operated essential tasks.
Other PCs have the session limitation to prevent the
inappropriate usages (e.g. P2P download). Once exceeding
the limitation, their speed rates will be downgrade to your
customized numbers. You can guarantee all subscribed
bandwidth to have proper usage.
For IT managed service providers, the self-host/cloud-host TR-
069 VigorACS SI can facilitate deployment and management
of Vigor2762 series.
