MAX100 … STANDS FOR SUPERIOR CUT QUALITY— • MAX100 consistently makes smooth, square, high quality cuts on a wide range of metals up to 1 1/4 inches (32 mm) thick. • MAX100’s advanced, transistorized power supply is insensitive to fluctuations in input voltage. It provides constant current output over a wide range of torchto-work distances, virtually eliminating current ripple and producing smooth clean cuts. • MAX100 provides infinitely adjustable output from 30 to 100 amps. The operator can precisely match power requirements to cutting conditions, optimizing cut quality for all speeds and material thicknesses. • MAX100 matches consumables to cutting requirements. Two nozzles ensure optimum cut quality for the entire cutting range. One is designed for gauge to 3/8 inch (0.4-10 mm). The other is designed for 3/8 inch (10 mm) and above. • MAX100’s torch design gives excellent visibility for accurate cuts. • MAX100 is available with all common input voltages, including a dual voltage 240/480, 3B, 60 Hz configuration. • MAX100 offers a continuous pilot arc feature that allows you to cut grating, as well as perforated and expanded metals with ease. • MAX100 delivers high quality gouging capabilities.
