Complete Your Will Questionnaire While it may feel daunting, creating a Will doesn’t have to be a difficult task. Preparing it is included at no additional cost as part of your LegalShield membership! • Download the Will Questionnaire and view the Will Webinar video at www.mylegalshield.com home page. • Consult with your provider law firm in regards to any questions in completing your Will Questionnaire. • Fill out the questionnaire. • Send it to your Provider Firm.
