M1 Activity: D2L Quiz
Activity Overview
Activity Brief
In this activity, you will access the Desire2Learn (D2L) portal for the TCF Java course and answer some
questions pertaining to D2L by searching the portal.
Activity Objective
The objective of this activity is to familiarize you with D2L.
Activity Instructions – Overview
Perform the following steps:
1. Log onto the D2L portal by using the steps outlined in the D2L demonstration that you
saw earlier.
2. Locate and download the M01_Activity_Quiz.doc questionnaire for this activity from the Module
1: Course IntroductionActivity: Quiz page on D2L.
3. Explore the portal to find the answers to the questions provided in the questionnaire.
4. Type your answers into the quiz document.
5. Rename and save the document as M01_Activity_Quiz_<Individual Name>.doc.
6. Submit the completed quiz to the class Dropbox by following the instructions in the Upload the
Solution to D2L section of this document.

Upload the Solution to D2L
Please follow the steps below to upload the file to the D2L site.
Rename and save the document as M01_Activity_Quiz_<Individual Name>.doc.
In D2L, click Upload to submit your completed deliverable to the Dropbox.
Once uploaded, scroll to the bottom of the D2L page and click Submit to Dropbox.
The learning facilitator will download your deliverable and review your answers. If necessary,
they will provide you feedback on your results.
