MBA (Gen. & PPM) Part I & II Two years (P09 & P95) May 2015 Examination Instructions:
1. Only repeater students should submit the exam form. Fresh student need not submit the exam form.
2. Students are hereby strictly advised to tick mark the specialised courses for which they have registered.
Changes in this regards will not be considered and the result of students making any changes in
subjects will not be declared.
3. Students should send the examination form with the fees of Rs. 150/- per course in addition to
Rs. 100/- for the marksheet for every part exam.
4. Payment of fees - Fees should be paid by challans in any branch of Central Bank of India, Bank of
India, Panjab National Bank, Union Bank of India & Bank of Maharashtra only. Challans are
available at any study center.
5. Submission of Examination form May 2015 as per following time table.

After last date of submission of examination form to Regional Office, Study Centers paid Rs. 200/- per day.
5. Project work (P09PRJ) for repeater students- The students who wants to submit the project should
fill up the examination form along with fees of Rs. 500/- (Rs.400/- for project & Rs. 100 for marksheet
& Postage)
6. You may carry your personal simple calculator (not scientific calculator) to the examination hall for all
the courses and also use your set of log tables for answering the exam paper CP1004, viz. Quantitative
analysis for managerial application.
7. After receiving the examination forms, university will allot the examination centre to you and a hall
ticket will be sent to study center. You should collect your hall tickets from your study center or you
can download hall tickets from university website http://ycmou.digitaluniversity.ac
8. The student will not be allowed to appear the examination without submitting the exam fees & form.
9. Result will be declared on university’s website http://ycmou.digitaluniversity.ac. After declaration you
can apply for Verification of Marks - The Online application should be submitted within 15 days from
declaration of result on University website only.
10. You should carry your Identity card/ Receipt of the fees paid/ Hallticket/ Challan with you at the
time of the examination and produce them whenever required. Otherwise the student will not be
allowed to appear for the examination.

12. Exam unfair means related 1982 act of Maharashtra Government Clause No. 31 provisions are
applicable.
13. Mobile Phones are not allowed in Examination Blocks.
