Pointers Before Installing GRC Platform and Applications
The below points are to be considered before you install EGRCP and other applications using the Com‐
mand Line interface (CLI):


Edit the property file of the MetricStream Installation directory\MS_Universal_Installer\msui\
parameters.Properties with the relevant values for your installation.
For more information on the parameters, refer to the Appendix section.

Note: The installer uses the parameters from the property file to perform its task, make sure you enter
the enter correct values in the file before the installation.


The default location for the parameters.properties file is MetricStream Installation direc‐
tory\MS_Universal_Installer\msui\. The entries in the Installer_List.txt must contain the list of
modules to be installed. The entries in the Installer_list.txt file must be the name of the installer
file including the extension. for example, ISM_6.1.1.jar



Do not delete or rename the text file Installer_List.txt present in the MS_Installers directory.
