Before assembling the bed, you must turn the Side Rails (F) to the position you intend to use. If you are
using a Mattress-Box Spring combination, see detail (1) below. If you are using a mattress only, see
detail (2) below.

STEP 1: Attach the side rails (F) to the Headboard (E) by inserting the bolt heads at the end of the
Side rails into the brackets on the Headboard. Push down to lock the bolts in place.
DO NOT force the Side rails into the brackets.
STEP 2: Repeat STEP 1 for attaching the footboard.

MATTRESS ONLY ASSEMBLY
STEP 3: If you are using a Mattress-Box Spring combination, skip to STEP 4. Attach the Support Legs (C)
and Rubber Washers (B) to the Supports (D) center holes. Screw them into the side WITHOUT
the metal hardware showing.

MATTRESS-BOXSPRING ASSEMBLY
STEP 4: For a Mattress-Box Spring combination, remove the upper part of the Support Leg (C) and place
Rubber Washers (B) to the bottom section of the leg (C). Screw the Support Legs (C) into the Support (D)
making sure the side WITHOUT the metal hardware showing.

STEP 5: Lay the Supports (D) on the Side Rails (F) Support Rails. Evenly space the Supports and then
attach the ends to the rails using 2 Screws (A) per end.
