1. Buy any Playtex® bra for $24.99 (reg. $33-$38) and
receive one of these styles for free (4159, 4422, 4513,
4693).
2. Complete this original mail-in certificate and indicate
the style (4159, 4422, 4513, 4693) and the size bra you
wish to receive.
LIMITED ONE FREE BRA PER HOUSEHOLD.
3. Attach your original JCP.com packing ticket that came
with your order dated between 6/14/15 - 6/30/15 with
the Playtex® bra purchase price circled.
4. Attach the original price ticket with the UPC code from
the garment purchased. Offer expires 6/30/15 and all
requests must be postmarked by 7/21/15 and
received by 8/4/15.
5. Attach a check or money order made payable to
Hanesbrands Inc. (No cash please) for the $5.00
postage and handling fee.
6. Mail the completed mail in certificate, original JCP.com
packing ticket, UPC ticket and check or money order
for $5.00 in a single envelope to Hanesbrands Inc., c/o
Playtex B1G1, P.O. Box 850, Rural Hall, NC 27045-0850.
