·All packages MUST be clearly addressed to the attention of the RMA number specified for that request.
·Write clearly on return package and customs form that this shipment is:
"CANADIAN GOODS BEING RETURNED FOR WARRANTY REPAIR"
·When goods are received and verified in Toronto at the LAVA warehouse the items will be replaced and returned to your
company with your next order/shipment.
·All product being returned for repair/replacement unless otherwise stated. Turnaround time is four to six weeks.
