Introduction
The Task Resulter provides a simple screen to view the results of account aggregation tasks, including
information unavailable in the main Task Results page, such as speed (in records per second). It is
useful for measuring performance of your account aggregations.
Installation
The Task Resulter ships with the SSD as an IdentityIQ Plugin but is not deployed by default as part of
the build. Deployment can be switched on or off by use of the “deployTaskResulter” property in the
build.properties file. Set this to “true” to enable deployment, or “false” to disable. Alternatively, the SSD
Deployer tool can be used to enable or disable deployment (see the SSD Deployer User Guide). The
plugin may also be installed manually using the Plugins option under the Gear menu. The plugin can
be found in the SSD file structure in this location:
ssdplugins/TaskResulter/TaskResulter.1.1.zip
The plugin will only work alongside the IdentityIQ Plugin Framework that comes with IdentityIQ 7.1 and
above.
How to Use Task Resulter
In order to use the Task Resulter a user must have the “TaskResulterAccess” Capability in IdentityIQ,
which is imported during plugin installation, or the SystemAdministrator capability. This provides a
QuickLink Category labelled “Administration” in the UI, and a QuickLink under this called “Task
Resulter”.
On clicking the QuickLink the user will be presented with a screen with two dropdowns; one provides a
list of applications and the other a list of account aggregation task results for that application.
The user selects an application and chooses a corresponding aggregation task. An “Invoke calculation”
button is presented, and on clicking this the details of the task result can be viewed.

The statistics available are:
• Task result name
• Status (Success/Fail)
• Time the task started
• Time the task finished
• Duration of the task
• Total records
• Updated accounts
• Optimized accounts
• Ignored accounts
• Speed in records per second
Limitations
The Task Resulter can only be used on IdentityIQ version 7.1 and above.
