Spare Parts Rebate Program Program Overview Purchase a new qualifying spare part and receive money back when you return the defective part. Printronix will issue a 30% rebate against the new spare part purchase price to your account provided the below requirements are met. Details 1. Original new Spare Part must be purchased direct from Printronix LLC. 2. The customer is responsible for all return freight. 3. Returned part must be received at Printronix LLC warehouse within 60 days from the shipped new part invoice date. 4. This completed form must accompany the return shipment. 5. Part purchased and returned must be one of the select qualifying part numbers specified at the bottom of this page. 6. Defective part returned must be a match for the same part that was ordered. 7. Printronix LLC is not responsible for return shipments that are lost by the carrier.
