Telecasted classes are live classes that are
also recorded and uploaded to the
Internet. This means that if students miss a
class or simply want to review the class,
they can watch it online at their
convenience 24 hours after the live
session has taken place. These classes meet
at Leon Lynch Learning Center and are
often broadcasted to other learning centers
around the country. Some
students opt to stream all the sessions,
which means they can just attend the class
by uploading the telecasted classes and
watching online. Participants still have the
opportunity to email instructors and get all
of their questions answered.
That’s the beauty of telecasting.
Taking and completing a course has
never been easier!
Telecasted classes are held on the second
floor of the Leon Lynch Center

Digital Forensics—How Did They Know
That?
Computers, cellphones, tablets, cars, pagers and cloud
computing all leave a digital footprint 24/7. Criminal
investigators use this information to solve crimes.
Unfortunately hackers can use this information, too.
They can steal your digital identity and online
information. This course introduces students to
computer forensic tools and the methods used to
retrieve the digital crumbs left by your devices. Of
course, you will also learn techniques to protect
yourself when using digital devices. Students will have
hands-on laboratory experience using various digital
forensic tools. (2 hours study, 1 hour lab weekly)

iCloud and iTunes—Mini Class
Confused about the cloud and iTunes?
iTunes is Apple's media player and library
organizer. iCloud is a service provided by
Apple that stores your music, TV shows, and other
files in the cloud (online). iCloud also automatically
pushes (downloads) your files to all of your devices so
that they stay up-to-date. It works with iOS devices
(such as the iPad and iPhone), Macs, and even
Windows PCs. With iCloud, you'll no longer need to
connect your iOS device to your computer in order to
sync your files and settings; everything will stay in
sync using wireless. Bring your devices and let us help
you get your accounts set up and optimized. As a
bonus, this class will be available in the cloud for
download. Prerequisites: None
