Best way to put your tire rack together it to set all the parts on the floor, in

the position the go. The long tubes with the welded tabs on the ends are

the center portions of the racks.

Then assemble the bolts through the rack. Once you have all the bolts in,

go ahead and tighten them up.

5/16 x 2’ Bolts

3/8 x 4” Bolt

With 2 washers

in between

3/8 x 3” Bolt

With 2 washers

in between

1/4 x 2” Bolt

Then go ahead and install in trailer with

supplies tek screws. Remember to use

two tek screws on top and bottom of

each upright bar, and to put LOCTITE

on each screw.

If mounting into a shop wall you will

want to use a wood lag screw.
