In order for us to supply you with the replacement trailer tail light parts as further described in
the “Safety Notice” (linked above on this webpage), you must first review the Safety Notice and
confirm whether your trailer light kit is subject to the recall. If it is, please complete this form,
save it to your computer and email it to recall@harborfreight.com. The replacement parts will
only work with the specific type of trailer light kit that you currently have.
If you are unsure whether your trailer light kit is subject to this recall, please contact Harbor
Freight Customer Service at 1-800-444-3353 before submitting your customer information.
