To use this application one user must create an account. After creating account the user can join a class or create class. If the user chooses to join class he/she will be counted as a student and if the user create class he/she will be counted as an instructor in this application. If the user becomes a student he/she can submit, resubmit view marks of assignments in the group. If the user becomes an instructor he/she can post an announcement, post an assignment, edit post or assignment, delete post or assignment, give marks to students of the submitted assignment and check plagiarism of submitted assignments. The other common features such as about, support, settings also exist here. Users: Instructor Student All users have some common parts such as sign in, sign up and forgot password. 1.1 AUTHENTICATION 1.1.1 SIGN IN PAGE User start with this page and if he/she is already a user he/she will sign to the website. 1 Figure 1: Sign in Page of ASM . Figure 7: Sign up page After successful sign up user will enter into the welcome page Figure 8: Welcome page 5 1.1.3 FORGOT PASSWORD When user will forge his password user will choose the forgot password option of the sign in page. Figure 14: Joined into a group 1.2.1 FEATURES OF STUDENT MODULE Menubar In menubar button in the left side Student can see classes, calendar and settings. Figure 28: View mark option 16 Figure 29: View marks 1.3 INSTRUCTOR MODULE 1.3.1 FEATURES OF INSTRUCTOR MODULE Menubar In menubar button in the left side Student can see classes, calendar and settings. Figure 31: Group’s of teacher Instructor can also view calendar page and settings page choosing settings or calendar option. Instructor can change his/her profile. S/he can change group name and semester name from group settings. When s/he create a post s/he can also attach a file in the post. All the students in the group can view it. After log out user can view sign in page. Figure 52: Log out option 28 1.5 CHANGED REQUIREMENTS We do not allowed students to post in the group. It is our changed requirements for our system. We have done all the features defined by the supervisor. But we have canceled comment, notifications and messaging with the permission of supervisor due to insufficient of time to finish our project . 29
