VANDAL RESISTANT ENTRY PANELS VR120 SERIES VR120 SERIES IP55 rated VR120 series door entry panels designed to meet DDA requirements. The VR120 door panels (all 120mm wide) have CALL PROGRESS LED’s for “SPEAK”, “DOOR OPEN” and “BUSY” along with distinct audio reassurance tones to assist the visitor. Buttons are IP65 rated with the option of a yellow bezel offering a high contrast to the fascia for DDA requirements. The panels are 316 grade stainless steel, IP55 rated and available in stainless steel or VRP coated black finishes. All face plates include 6mm high engraved characters to identify each button. Optional colours for specific applications can be specified along with custom logos and additional text. The VR120 face plates are attached to their back box with either 4 or 6 anti-vandal fixings depending on panel size and options. All panels are fitted with a purpose manufactured neoprene seal to prevent the ingress of dust and liquid. Audio amplifiers and microphones are protected with a fine offset stainless steel mesh to protect against vandalism. All speakers have mylar cones to further protect against the effects of moisture. Full control of volume levels to the amplifier and the telephones can be adjusted independently at the amplifier module, as can additional features including speech time, lock release time, reassurance volume etc. Flush boxes are standard. Bezel flush boxes and surface with rain shield are also available across the range.
