remainopentime,typeinthesamecodeandpress“CLEAR”.Ifawrongcode
isentered,acontinuousmelodywillsoundfor4ormoreseconds,accordingto
thenumberofmistakes.
Whenthe installation is concluded and carried out according to the wiring di-
agram, power up the system and program it by following the “VX8800 PRO-
GRAMMING”FlowChart.

Inordertoachievethebestresultsfromtheschematicsdescribeditisnecessary
toinstallonlyoriginalVIDEXequipment,strictlykeepingtotheitemsindicated
oneachschematicandfollowtheseGeneralDirectionsforInstallation:
•Thesystemmustbeinstalledaccordingtonationalrulesinforce,inanycase
therunningofcablesofanyintercomunitmustbecarriedoutseparatelyfrom
themains;
•AllmultipaircablesshouldbecomplianttoCW1308specication(0.5mmtwist-
edpairtelephonecable.

•The cable sizes above can be used for distances up to 50m. On distances
