The Feed-It app is complementary to the game. However, it is not directly a part of the
gameflow. First of all, please play the game as instructed in the game instructions.
After a reaction is chosen as the best reaction to the situation card at the end of the second
round, you can use the app as follows:
1) Login to the app and authenticate yourself using either Google or Facebook.
2) Use the scan button to scan the QR code on the situation card that was
discussed during second round.
3) After the scan is complete, you should see the situation text on the screen. If you
would like to view the previously reactions submitted for this situation, hit “View
reactions”. If you would like to submit your reaction(from the game that was just played),
hit “Add reaction”
4) In the Add Reaction page, input the reaction that agreed on during the game and input
the reasoning behind this reaction. Tap submit when you are done.
5) After submitting your review, you will be redirected to the screen in the 3rd instruction.
You can either leave the app at this point or tap on “View Reactions” to see the
previously given reactions in the database, which will include yours, as well.
6) In the View Reactions screen, you can see a list of the previously chosen reactions,
you can either tap on the share button to share this reaction on a various social media
platforms or via email. You can also tap on the reaction box to upvote, downvote or add a
comment to the reaction.
7) This is the screen you see when you tap on a reaction box on the list of reactions. Here
you can upvote or downvote this reaction. You can also read what people thought about
this reaction by tapping “Read Reviews”. You can write your own comment by tapping
on “Add Review”.
Note: One can scan a situation card without playing a game in order to see the reactions that
other players gave to a particular situation card. This makes the Feed-It more of a forum rather
than a game component. The app is both the storage and the forum which contains the insights
derived from previous gameplays and facilitates an online discussion on these insights.
