Participating in the WebEx Meeting
To participate in a WebEx session, please follow the link and instructions
below. The computer should have a reliable internet connection. You
should also be near a phone with speakerphone or a hands-free headset so
you can speak with us while participating in session. If you are using the
VoIP option instead of a phone, make sure that your computer or headset
has a microphone.
Meeting Number: 593 552 856
Meeting Password: This meeting does not require a password.

To join the Meeting:
Open Internet Explorer and go to:
https://mathworks.webex.com/mathworks/j.php?MTID=m04cb8bf138170f

1. Other browsers do not work well with WebEx on Windows.
2. Enter your name and e-mail address.
3. Click "Join".
4. Follow the instructions that appear on your screen to join the meeting.
**If you are asked for a username and password, please ignore this, click
the “Meeting Center” tab and follow the instructions in #3 below
If the above link does not install the meeting, follow the instructions
below:
1. Go to our WebEx site at https://mathworks.webex.com.
2. Type in the meeting number: 593 552 856
3. You will be directed to type in your name and e-mail address and join
the meeting as instructed above.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: This WebEx service includes a feature that allows audio and any documents and
other materials exchanged or viewed during the session to be recorded. By joining this session, you
