Dear Parent/Guardian
All Second-Year Webelos who attend a Full Week Week-Long Resident Camp session at Camp
Mack have the opportunity to visit Bashore Scout Reservation, Pennsylvania Dutch Council’s
Boy Scout Resident Camp, for an afternoon field trip. This is a great way for the boys to see
what is in store when they cross over into Boy Scouts. Webelos will be given a tour of the camp
by Bashore Staff Members and get to check out the various activities the Boy Scouts get to do at
camp. Please sign below to give your consent if your son wishes to participate in this field trip.

participate in the field trip to Bashore Scout Reservation on Wednesday of the Week-Long
Resident Camp Full Week session he is attending. I understand that he will be missing regularly
scheduled activities at Camp Mack that day and that he will be transported to and from Bashore
Scout Reservation on a school bus that will leave Camp Mack at 12:30 pm and will return at 4:30
pm.
