Warranty
CooperTools warrants the Weller and Ungar soldering stations, desoldering
stations (excluding soldering and desoldering tips), soldering guns, non-
temperature controlled soldering irons manufactured by CooperTools will be
free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from
date of purchase. This warranty does not include damage resulting from
accident, misuse of the product, or any alterations of the product (use of a
non-Weller component).
Return the complete product prepaid to The Repair Department, Weller/Wire-
Wrap, State Road, Cheraw, S.C., 29520. Please include the following infor-
mation: description of the problem, approximate date of purchase, your
name, address and telephone number.
In no event shall CooperTools be liable for incidental or consequential dam-
ages. CooperTools' liability for any claims arising out of this warranty shall
not exceed the purchase price of the product.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or conse-
quential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so
the above limitation may not apply to you.
