What's Poppin' Volume 17

Every year there is a Scout or two that forgets to turn in a popcorn order and there are probably
a couple who will forget to turn in a candy order this year. IT IS NOT TOO LATE!!! If you
have a Scout who has a popcorn or candy order to add on to your order, please contact Chris
or Margie right away or send an email to padutchpopcorn@gmail.com. We still have a little bit
of time to get orders processed and we will have some leftover product after the sale from
which we will be able to fill additional orders.

LOADING YOUR CANDY
Here are two quick tips to help you prepare to pick up your candy:
1) Please, remember that vehicles can heat up very quickly, especially
if parked in the sun. Please, do not leave candy products in a hot car
for a prolonged period of time!
2) Candy is packaged differently from popcorn. Please, make sure that
the count matches what is on the sheet. THE INFORMATION ON
THE SIDE OF MANY OF THE CANDY BOXES DOES NOT LIST ACCURATE COUNT OR PRODUCT.
PLEASE, VERIFY YOU HAVE EVERYTHING BEFORE LEAVING THE WAREHOUSE.
3) In order to help plan the amount of room you will need in your vehicle, here is the product case count:
6 boxes to 1 case of Penn State Pretzels
6 boxes to 1 case of Milk Chocolate Pretzels
12 boxes to 1 case of Peanut Butter Duo
6 bags to 1 case of Sweet and Spicy Trail Mix
3 boxes to 1 case of Jungle Jacks
8 boxes to 1 case of Taffy Twists
7 boxes to 1 case of NATURALS Bundle
4 boxes to 1 case of Child's Bundle
4 boxes to 1 case of Entertainment Bundle

TRAIL'S END SCHOLARSHIP
If you had any Scouts sell $2,500 in Popcorn this year, don't forget to
enroll them in the Trail's End Scholarship Program. The Program is
very simple.
Fill out the Trail's End Scholarship Form
Attach copies of the supporting documents (order sheets)
Submit the completed form to the Council Office for Approval
Once approved the paperwork with be submitted to Trail's End
If you have previously qualified for the Scholarship Program YOU
MUST complete another form EVERY YEAR!
If your Scout is at the point to redeem their scholarship, please follow this link for the information and the form.
Remember you can log in to see your current status of your Scholarship but clicking here.

CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
Two key pieces of information regarding credit cards:
1) If you had credit card sales, you should have received an email with
your total credit card sales. These totals were credited to your final
popcorn invoice which you will receive at pick up on November 14th.
2) You do not need to return your credit card reader. You can keep your
credit card reader for next year's sale!
