The Choir Guide
The Choir Co-ordinator is in charge of the Fellowship Music and the Musical
Instrument. Together with the Pastor(s), he is to recruit a team of quality and
well-disciplined singers to form the Choir.
Members of this Choir are expected to carefully observe the Church’s Rules
and Regulations. And every member of the Church Choir is subject to all the
related provisions in the Ministry’s By-Laws, particularly ‘Rules and
Regulation binding on every registered member of the Ministries.
Secondly, every member of the Choir is expected to attend and to be punctual
at every scheduled Choir meetings.
Nevertheless, cases of possible
absenteeism or lateness must be reported to the Co-ordinator prior to the
time scheduled. Furthermore, should any member failed to attend the
scheduled practice, such is not expected to perform with the other members
when due. Also if a member, could not participate in meetings for a period
of four consecutive weeks, acceptable reasons should be officially presented
hence such a member could face a disciplinary action or be made to pay an
amount of money to the purse of the Choir group as fine.
Finally, members could be reproved when comported contrary to any one
statement he/she has signed in the Choir application Form. These rules and
regulations become necessary that we may be able to use the wisdom in it, to
maximise the potential of God’s calling in our individual lives.
