Section II: General Consignment Terms
I _______________________________________________, legal owner(s) of this vehicle do hereby agree to the following terms for consignment.

Consignment is exclusive for a 90 day period at a rate designated in Section III.
If the vehicle is removed from Motor Home Specialist prior to the 90 day contract period, an additional fee of 1% of current sale price with a minimum
fee of $500.00 will be charged.
After 90 day period, $100.00 per month continuation fee will apply and is billed in arrears. Failure to pay the continuation fee for three (3)
consecutive months (90 days) will result in deactivation of the unit until all fees are paid. During this “storage” term, the unit will be removed
from any and all advertising venues and will not be considered for sale. A $250.00 per month storage fee will be charged until unit is
reactivated.
Motor Home Specialist will receive a commission of 6% of the selling price with a minimum of $3,000. If Motor Home Specialist must issue the
prepayment of lien payoff prior to receipt of funds for the sale in order to handle the financing of the vehicle for the new owner, there may be an additional
1% fee.
Motor Home Specialist will be responsible for all advertising expenses on the following: Various Internet Websites including Our Website, & Flyers
Consignee will be restricted from advertising the unit, by any means, for the duration of this exclusive contract; however, the consignee may refer
prospective buyers to Motor Home Specialist. Referrals shall not release the consignee from the commission fees. Motor Home Specialist will reduce its
commission by 1% when buyer is referred by the seller.
Exterior and/or interior detail, provided by an outside company, is available for additional fees as selected in Section III, and are payable in advance.
Motor Home Specialist is not responsible for any personal items that may have been left in the vehicle, is not responsible and will be held harmless for
any theft or damage that may occur to said vehicle while on consignment. Do not leave personal property in the vehicle while on consignment.
I further certify that above described RV has been delivered on consignment to Motor Home Specialist and that said dealership is acting on my authority,
solely as a broker, when offering such vehicle for sale at their location.
Vehicle owner agrees to keep full coverage insurance in effect while vehicle is in the care of Motor Home Specialist.
Customer agrees to have at least a half tank of fuel, one-third tank of propane and have all holding tanks dumped before leaving RV with Motor
Home Specialist; $5.00 per gallon fuel charge, will apply and $75.00 tank dump fee will apply and will be payable at time of consignment (Motor
Home Specialist is not licensed to fill propane tanks.)
Consignee agrees to aid in any manner required in order to obtain a clear title to the consigned vehicle, up to and including providing sufficient
funds, above the proceeds amount, required to pay off any lien against the vehicle. Upon acceptance of an offer, any negative equity due
MUST be received prior to delivery of unit to new owner. If there is a lien, Consignee agrees to maintain monthly payments until motor home is
paid off in full to lender.
Consignee will furnish the following documentation at time of contract:
o Copy of current registration or title as proof of ownership of any vehicle for sale under this contract
o Proof of Insurance for any vehicle for sale under this contract.

✓ Any safety equipment, such as LP detectors or fire extinguishers, MUST be in proper working order.
✓ Any safety items found to be inoperable will be replaced at the sole expense of the seller with a minimum
charge of one hour labor.
✓ Motor Home Specialist DOES NOT perform repairs or maintenance on consignment units. All
consignment customers are referred to outside facilities for repairs to their coach; payment and
arrangement for said repair is the responsibility of the owner of the coach.
