DEFUSE INSTRUCTIONS PAGE 1
There is a grid on the left. Look at it and complete the following
instructions.
If the first row is greater than 10, and the first column is greater than 10,
remember your first number is 3.
If the first row is greater than 10, and the first column is less than or equal
to 10, remember your first number is 2.
If the first row is less than or equal to 10, remember your first number is 1.
If the second row is greater than 10, and the second column is greater than
10, remember your second number is 3.
If the second row is greater than 10, and the second column is less than or
equal to 10, remember your second number is 2.
If the second row is less than or equal to 10, remember your second number
is 1.
If the third row is greater than 10, and the third column is greater than 10,
remember your third number is 3.
If the third row is greater than 10, and the third column is less than or
equal to 10, remember your third number is 2.
If the third row is less than or equal to 10, remember your third number is
1.
Add up your first, second, and third numbers and press that number on the
right, then continue to the next page.

If the number you entered was 4, cut the second wire.
If the number you entered was 3 or 9, cut the wire that is the
number minus 2. (Ex. 9-2 = 6, cut the sixth wire)
If the number you entered was even, but not 4 or 8, cut the third wire.
If the number you entered was odd, but not 3, 5, or 9, cut the third wire.
If the number you entered was not 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, or 9, cut the wire that is
your number. (Ex. 2, cut the second wire)
If the number you entered was 8, cut the fourth wire.
