Upon application of the Securities Investor Protection Corporation, J. Shapiro Co. on April 13 consented to the appointment of a trustee for the liquidation of J. Shapiro Co. SIPC alleged that J. On March 16, 1973 Daniel X. B. Schwartz, a/k/a D1xbie Schwartz vas sentenced to the Medical Center for Pederal Prisons for 90 days. 'lbereafter, depending upon the l118dicalreport, Schwartz was sentenced to serve 5 years concurrently on each of 27 counts and 2 years conae~utively on 1 count for a max~ of 7 years.
