The fostponenteal of Debts Act, 19.14.
WHEREAS by " The Postponement of Debts Act,
1914," it is provided that the Governor may, on the
advice of a' Royal Commission, from time to time by
proclamation declare that payment of all debts then due
or accruing due within the period mentioned in such
proclamation of the classes specified or of persons of
the classes specified in the proclamation, or a specified
pro-portion of any such debts, may, subject to such con-
ditions and exceptions as may be contained in such pro-,
clamation, be postponed to a date or for a period to be
therein specified: And whereas a Royal Commission ap-
pointed under the same Act has advised that payment
of all debts of persons engaged in the farming industry
and incurred in connection therewith now due or to
accrue due within the period commencing on the publi-
cation of this proolitination and ending the 31st day of
March, 1919, should be postponed to the 1st day of
April, 1919, but subject to the conditions that such per-
sons are indebted to the Colonial Treasurer or the In-
dustries Assistance Board for moneys paid or advanced
to them or in respect of commodities supplied to them,
and except debts incurred on and after the 1st day of
March, 1916, for stores by settlers in receipt of cash
advances from the Industries Assistance Board, for
stores to be procured by such settlers, and debts of
settlers in receipt of advances only for the purposes
mentioned in paragraph (0 of Section 9 of the Indus-
tries Assistance Act: Now therefore I, the said Gov-
ernor, on the advice of the Royal Commission, and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council, do
hereby declare that payment of all debts of persons en-
gaged in the farming industry and incurred in eounec-
Hon therewith now due or to accrue due within the
period commencing on the date of the publication of this
proclamation and ending on the 31st day of March,
1919, may be postponed to the let day of April, 1919,
but subject to the conditions that such persons are in-
debted to the Colonial Treasurer or the Industries As-
sistance Board for moneys paid or advanced to them or
in respect of commodities supplied to them, and except

Plant Diseases Act, 1914.

ER EA S it is provided by "The Plant Diseases Act,
1911." that the Governor may by proclamation prohibit
absolutely the bringing into the State generally of any
specified kind of fruit which would in his opinion he
likely to introduce any disease into the State: And
whereas apples, pears, and quinces if imported into
Western Australia would, in my opinion and in the
opinion of the Executive Council, be likely to introduce
disease therein, namely, oodlin moth: Now therefore
Ithe said Governor, by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, do hereby, in exercise of the
powers conferred by the said Act, prohibit the 'bringing
into the State generally from any other State or country
of apples, pears, and quinces.
Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the

ORDERS IN COUNCIL.
The Plant Diseases Act, 1914.
At the Executive Council Chambers, at Perth, this
eleventh day of December, 1918.

WHEREAS it is desirable to amend "The Plant Dis-
eases Regulations, 1914": Now, therefore, His Excel-
lency the Governor, by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council and in exercise of the powers
conferred by "The Plant Diseases Act, 1914," Cloth
order and declare that the words "and disinfection"
in Regulation 9 shall be deleted, and the words "includ-
ing disinfection (if any)" substituted therefor, and
that the following words shall be inserted at the end of
Regulation 9: "For the inspection including (if any)
disinfection of all nuts imported into Western Australia
the fee shall be sixpence for each bag or portion of a
bag." The following regulations shall be inserted in
"The Plant Diseases Regulations, 1914," and shall
stand after regulatiOn fourteen thereof :
14A. Notwithstanding anything in these regulations,
grapes grown. in South Australia may be im-
ported into Western Australia by the Great
Western Railway (Port Augusta to Kalgoorlie)
if intended solely for consumption by passengers
during their journey on such railway.
1413. All fees may be recovered summarily from the
person liable on the complaint of any inspector
before any two justices of the peace.

WHEREAS it is desirable to make Regulations under
The Plant Diseases Act, 1914," relating to cases con-
taining imported fruit: Now, therefore, His Excellency
the Governor, with the advice and consent of the Ex-
ecutive Council and in exercise of the powers conferred
by the said Act, cloth hereby make the following regula-
tions, that is to say:
(1) All fruit imported into Western Australia, either
by means of land carriage or by sea, must be
contained in cases which have not been used be-
fore and which have the name of the fruit legibly
branded, stencilled, or printed thereon at one
end of each case.
If any fruit is imported into the State in a case
which is not branded as aforesaid, the importer
or his agent or the person entitled to receive the
fruit shall at once inform an inspector that such
ease is unbranded, and the inspector may cause
the same to he branded at the expense of the
importer.
(3) If any fruit is imported into the State in a ease
which has been used before, it shall be the duty
of the importer or his agent or the person en-
titled to receive the fruit, as soon as he shall have
become aware of the fact, to inform an inspector
thereof.
(4) In the event of an inspector becoming aware that
any fruit has been imported in a case which has
been used before, he may seize the case and the
fruit and destroy the case and cause the fruit
to be inspected and disinfected, destroyed,' or
otherwise dealt with as he 'Shall judge necessary,
and the importer shall hear the expenses of all
proceedings under this regulation and shall also
be liable to pay inspection fees in accordance
with the scale set out in Regulation 9 of "The
Plant Diseases Regulations, 1914."
Any person who by act or omission contravenes
the foregoing regulations, or is in any way privy
to a contravention thereof, shall be guilty of an
offence and liable on summary conviction to a
penalty not exceeding £25.
(6) These regulations may be cited as "The Im-
ported Fruit Cases Branding Regulations, 1918."

WHEREAS it is desirable to make certain Regulations
under "The Plant Diseases Act, 1914," relating to
plants and fruits imported by means of the Great West-
ern Railway (Port Augusta to Kalgoorlie): Now, there-
fore, His Excellency the Governor, by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council and in
exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, Both
hereby make the following Regulations, that is to
say(1) All plants and fruits imported by the Great
Western Railway for destinations eastward of
No. 1 Rabbit-proof Fence must be submitted for
inspection to an inspector immediately after be-
ing unloaded from the car or wagon in which
they have been carried on the said railway.
(2) All plants and fruits, with the exception of
cherries and gooseberries, imported by the said
railway for destinations westward of the said
fence, !oust be sent direct to Fremantle and
taken at once direct front the Fremantle Rail-
way Station to the Government Fruit Shed
for inspection and treatment.
(3) Cherries and gooseberries imported for ;destina-
tions westward of the said fenceimay be inspected
and released at the Perth Railway Station, but if
not inspected at that station shall be dealt with
as provided in Regulation (2).
Every person_ having the custody or control of
such plants or fruits shall do and cause to be
done everything that is necessary to enable these
Regulations to be complied with and carried into
effect, and shall facilitate the inspection of the
plants and fruits hereunder, and on any ques-
tion touching the same being put to him by any
inspector shall answer such question truthfully
and completely to the best of his knowledge, in-
formation, and belief.
(5) If on inspection any such fruit or plants shall
be found to be infected with any disease, they
may be disinfected, destroyed, or otherWise dealt
with by the inspector, at the expense of the im,
porter, so as to prevent the spread of the infec-
tion.
(6) Every importer of fruit or plants shall be liable
to pay for inspection fees according to the Scale
in Regulation 9 of "The Plant Diseases Regula-
tions, 1914."
(7) If any importer of any fruit or plants or his
agent or any person having the custody or con-
trol of any such plants or fruits as aforesaid
fails or neglects to observe these regulations or
to carry out the requisitions of any inspector
which are reasonably necessary to enable such
inspector to properly inspect such fruit or plants
or in any way hinders or obstructs any inspector
in the performance of his duties in regard thereto,
he shall be guilty of an offence against these
regulations and liable on summary conviction to
a penalty not exceeding £25.
(S) These Regulations may be cited as "The Great
Western Railway Plant Inspection Regulations,
1918."
Managum Well.
The Public Works Act, 1902.

WT-TEREAS by Section 11 of "The Public Works Act,
1992." it is made lawful for the Governor, by Order
in Council, to authorise the Minister to undertake, con-
struct, or Provide any Public Work (subject as to Rail-
ways to Section 96), and such authorisation shall be
deemed an authority to such Minister by and under that
Act: Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor; by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Coun-
cil, and in exercise of the power conferred by the re-
cited section of "The Public Works Act, 1902," cloth
hereby authorise the Honourable Minister for Works and
Trading Concerns to provide a Water Supply at Mana-
gum Well, in the Melbourne District, as is delineated
and shown coloured green on Plan P.W.D., W.A., No.
19708, which may be inspected at the office of the Min-
ister for Works and Trading Concerns, Perth.

Mount Magnet Road District.
Division into Wards.
At the Executive Council Chamber, at Perth, this
18th day of December, 1918.

WHEREAS by virtue of the power conferred by Sec-
tion 8 of "'file Roads Act, 1911," the Governor may
by Order in Council divide any District into Wards:
And whereas it is desirable to divide the Mount Magnet
Road District into Wards: And whereas notice of the
intention of the Governor to exercise such power in the
manner aforesaid has, in pursuance of Section S of the
said Act, been published in four successive issues of the
Government Gazette and served on the Board concerned:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor, by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council,
loth hereby divide the Mount Magnet Road District
into two Wards, with the names and boundaries of each
Ward as shown in Schedule hereunder.
It is also hereby declared, under the provisions of
Section 13 of "The Roads Act, 1911," that the Mount
Magnet Road Board shall consist of nine members
allotted to the respective Wards as hereby determined
and set forth in the Schedule hereunder.
The foregoing to come into force on and from the
1st day of January, 1919. The existing members to
retire, and a general election to be held to fill all vacan-
cies hereby created on the second Wednesday in April,
1919, unless the Minister otherwise determines in the
meantime under Section 16 of "The Roads Act, 1911."
Schedule.
Town. Ward.The Town Ward boundaries shall be
identical with those of the late Mount Magnet Muni-
cipality. Four members.
Country Ward.The Country Ward shall consist of
the balance of the territory of the Mount Magnet Road
District. Five members.

West Kimberley and Marble Bar Road Districts.
Alteration of Boundaries and Creation of Broome Road
District.

1911." the Governor in Council may constitute a new
Road District, and divide such District into Wards, alter
the boundaries of any District or Ward, by transferring
any portion thereof to another district or ward, assign
names to Road Districts and Wards, and allot the
number of members to represent wards; And whereas
it is desirable to alter the boundaries of the West Kim-
berley and Marble Bar Road Districts by excising cer-
tain portions of such Road Districts, and constituting
therefrom a new Road District to be called the Broome
Road District, and to divide such District into two
Wards with the boundaries, names, and the number of
members to represent each as and in manner hereinafter
set forth; And whereas notice of intention so to do has
been duly published in the Government Gazette, and
served on the Boards concerned, as required by Section
S of "The Roads Act, 1911"; Now, therefore, His
Excellency the Governor, by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council, doth, in pursuance of
the powers conferred on him by "The Roads Act,
1911," and of every other power enabling him in this
behalf, hereby:
1. Alter the boundaries of the West Kimberley and
Marble Bar Road Districts by excising therefrom all
those portions thereof which are comprised and de-
scribed in Schedule "A" hereto; and the respective
boundaries of the said Districts are altered accordingly.
2. Constitute the territory described and comprised
in the said Schedule "A" a new Road District, under
the name of the "Broome Road District," with the
boundaries defined by the said Schedule "A," and de-
clare the Board to consist of seven members.
3. Divide the said Broome Road District into two
wards with the boundaries, the names, and the number
of members, described, assigned, and allotted in the
Scheule "B" hereto.
4. To come into operation as from the 1st January,
1919.
5. Direct that the following adjustment of rates shall
take place:
(a) That in regard to the territory previously form-
ing the Broome Municipality, and included within
the West Kimberley Road District, and subse-
quently included in the Broome Road District,
that all assets, including rates, and liabilities
belonging to or owing by the late Broome Munici-
pality be transferred to the Broome Road Board
and be recovered or defrayed by them direct.
(h) That in regard to the territory previously form-
ing part of the West Kimberley and the Marble
Bar Road Districts, that all rates levied by the
West Kimberley or Marble Bar Road Boards on
the properties within the territory transferred
from their respective territories, for the current
:financial year, together with any arrears thereon
owing at date of this order less five per cent. of
such amount, which may, at the discretion of the
West Kimberley or Marble Bar Boards, be
charged for cost of levying such rate, shall be-
come the property of the Broome Road /Board,
and may be transferred to and included in the
books of the Broome Board, and recovered by
them in accordance with the provisions of this
Act as though they had been levied by the said
Broome Road Board; for which purpose lists
shall be made out by the West Kimberley and
Marble Bar Road Boards, duly certified by the
respective Chairmen and Secretaries, and be
transmitted to the .Broome Road Board within
thirty days from the date of the publication of
this Order in the Government Gazette, or of such
extended time as the Minister for Works may
direct. SCHEDULE "A."
Bounded on the Eastward by a line commencing on
the sea-coast at Swan Point, and extending in a South-
erly direction along coast-line of King Sound to a
point in prolongation East of the North boundary of
Pastoral Lease 967/98; thence Westerly along said
prolongation and North boundary and a West, a South,
and again a West boundary of said Pastoral lease and
the Western boundaries of 134/98, 452/98, part of
South boundary of the latter, the West boundary of
633/98, part of the North boundary of 940/98, and the
North boundary of 973/98 to the latter's North-West
corner; thence along its Western and Southern boun-
daries and part of the Southern boundary of 946/98 to
a point in prolongation North of the East boundary of
1108 /98: thence Southward following said prolongation
and part of the East boundary of 1108/98 to the North-
West Corner of 917/98: thence 1.1.1011fT the Northern, and
Eastern, a Southern, and again an Eastern boundary of
the latter to the South-West corner of 359/98; thence
Eastward along part of the latter's Southern boundary
to the North-West corner of 919/98; thence along the
Western boundaries of 919/98 and prolongation South
of same to a point in prolongation of the Southern
boundary of 2645/97. On the Southward by a- line com-
mencing at the last-mentioned point and extending
Westward to the South-East corner of 2645/97; thence
along the South boundaries of 2645/97, 559/97, part of
the Eastern, the Southern, and part of the Western
boundaries of 536/97 to the South-East 'corner of
563/96; thence along the Southern boundaries of
563/96, 556/96, part of the Eastern and the Southern
boundaries of 1528/96. the Southern boundary of
3072/96 and the latter's Western boundary; thence
along the Southern boundary of 232/96, part of the
East boundary of 271/96, the Eastern and Southern
boundaries of 1061/96, part of the Eastern, and the
Southern boundary of 1062/96, and part of the South
boundary of 635/96, the Eastern and Southern boun-
daries of 1083/96, parts of the Eastern and Southern
boundaries of 656/96, an Eastern and the Southern
boundaries of 1070/96, and the Southern boundary
of 3478/102 to the latter's South-West corner. On
the Westward along' the West boundaries of 3478/102
and 314/96 to the 'Indian Ocean; thence in a generally
:North-Easterly direction by the Indian Ocean to the
starting point, including the islands adjacent to the

Broome Ward.All that territory comprised within
the boundaries, of the Broome Municipal District.

Dampier Ward.The residue of the said proposed
Broome Road District as described in Schedule "A."

it is made lawful for the Governor to direct that any
Reserve shall vest in and be held by any 'Municipality,
RoadBoard, or other person or persons. to be named
in the order, in trust for any of the purposes set forth
in Section 39 of the said Act, or for the like or other
public purposes to be specified in such order: And
whereas it is deemed expedient that Reserve No. 2464
should vest in and be held by the Cue-Day Dawn Road
Board, in trust for the purpose of a Hall: Now, there-
fore; His Excellency the Governor, by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby
direct 'that the before-mentioned Reserve shall vest in
and be held by the Cue-Day Dawn Road Board, in trust
for the purpose aforesaid; subject, nevertheless, to the
poWers reserved to him by Section 41 of the said Act.

it is made lawful for the Governor to direct that any

public purposes to be specified in such order: And
whereas it is deemed expedient that Reserve No. 4086
should vest in and be held by the Leonora-_Malcolm Road
Board, in trust for the purpose of Recreation: Now,
therefore, His Excellency the Governor, by and with
the advice and 'consent of the Executive Council, (loth
hereby direct that the before-mentioned Reserve shall
vest in and be held by the Leonora-Malcolm Road Board,
in trust for the purpose aforesaid; subject, nevertheless,
to the powers reserved to him by Section 41 of the said
Act.The Order in Council appearing on page 4634 of the
1902 Government Gazette, vesting Reserve 4086 in the
Mayor and Councillors of the Municipality of Leonora,
is hereby superseded.

(Malcolm Lot 221) should vest in and he held by the
Leonora - Malcolm Road Board, in trust for the purpose
of 'Recreation: Now, therefore, His Excellency the Gov-
ernor, by and with the advice and consent of the
EXecutive Council, cloth hereby direct that the before-
mentioned Reserve shall vest in and be held by the
Leonora-Malcolm Road Board, in trust for the purpose
aforesaid; subject, nevertheless, to the powers reserved
to him by Section 41 of the said Act.
The Order in Council appearing on page 1974 'of the
1904 CoVernment Gazette, vesting Reserve 4378 in the
Mayor and Councillors of the Municipality of Malcolm,
is hereby superseded.

it is made lawful for the Governor to direct that any
Reserve shall vest in and be held by any Municipality,
Road Board, or other person or persons to be named
in the order, in_trust for any of the purposes set forth

public PUrposes to be specified in such order: And
whereas iit is deemed expedient that Reserve No. 832$
(Malcolm Lot 257) should vest in and be held by the
Leonora-Malcolm Road Board, in trust for the purpose
of-Water: Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor,
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council, doth hereby direct that the before-mentioned
Reserve shall- vest in and be held by the Leonora-Mal-
colm Road Board, in trust for the purpose aforesaid;
subject, nevertheless, to the powers reserved to him by
Section 41 of the said Act.

Mayor and Councillors of the Municipality of Malcolm,
is. hereby superseded.

it is made lawful for the Governor to direct that any
Reserve shall vest in and be held by any Municipality,
Road Board, or other person or persons to be named
in the order, in trust for any of the purposes set forth
in Section 39 of the said Act, or for the like or other
public purposes to be specified in such order: And
whereas it is deemed expedient that Reserve No. 10245
should vest in and be held by the Leonora-Malcolm Road
.Board, in trust for the purpose of a Camping Ground
for Asiatics: Now, therefore, His Excellency the Gov-
ernor, by and with the advice and consent of the Execu-
tive Cyncil, doth hereby direct that the before-men-
tioned Reserve shall vest in and be held by the Leonora-
Malcolm Road Board, in trust for the purpose aforesaid;
subject, nevertheless, to the powers reserved to him by
Section 41 of the said Act.
The Order in Council appearing on page 1690 of the
1906 Government Gazette, vesting Reserve 10245 in the
Mayor and Councillors of the Municipality of Leonora,
is hereby superseded.

whereas it is deemed expedient that Reserve No. 11578
should vest in and be held by the Leonora-Malcolm Road
Board, in trust for the 'purpose of a Tramway (Muni-
cipal) : Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor, by
and with the advice Anil consent of the Executive Council,
loth hereby direct that the before-mentioned Reserve
shall vest in and he held by the Leonora-Malcolm Road
Board, in trust for the purpose aforesaid; subject,
nevertheless, to the powers reserved to him by Section
-11 of the said Act.
The Order in Council appearing on page 3054 of the
190$ Government Gazette, vesting Reserve 1157S in the
Mayor and Councillors of the Municipality of Leonora,
is hereby superseded.

Band Room site: Now, therefore, His Excellency the
Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council, doth hereby direct that the before-
mentioned Reserve shall vest in and be held by the
Leonora -- Malcolm Road Board, in trust for the purpose
aforesaid; subject, nevertheless, to the powers a reserved
to him by Section 41 of the said Act.
The Order in Council appearing on page 1of the

Ma vor and Councillors of the Municipality of Leonora,
is hereby superseded.

The Government Railways Act Amendment Act, 1907.
WHEREAS by "The Government Railways Act Amend-
ment Act, 1907," it is provided that the Governor may
from time to time, by Order in Council published in the
Goverimevt Gazette, declare that any Branch, Spur, or
other Railway shall be a District Railway; And whereas
it is desirable that the undermentioned Branch or Spur
Railway should be declared a District Railway; Now,
therefore, His Excellency the Governor of Western
Australia, by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council, does hereby declare the Branch Rail-
way known as the Bokal-Bowelling Section, 27 miles
78 chains in length or thereabouts, and running from
Bokal to Bowelling, shall be a District Railway.

"The Statistics Act, 1907":
Regulation for the Collection of Banking Statistics.
FROM and after the 31st of December, 1918, the Man--
ager, or other person in charge of any banking bus-
iness in Western Australia shall, to the best of his
knowledge, within fourteen days after the close of
each quarter ending respectively the thirty-first day of
March, the thirtieth day of June, the thirtieth day of
September, and the thirty-first day of December in
every year, or as soon' thereafter as may be practic-
able, furnish the Government Statistician with a state-
ment showing the following particulars relative to the
transactions of his Bank within the State, the said

IT is hereby notified, for general information, that His
Excellency the Governor in Executive Council has been
pleased to approve of the amendment of By-laws made
by the Minister for Water Supply, Sewerage, and Drain-
age, under the provisions of The Metropolitan Water
Supply, Sewerage, and Drainage Act, 1909," and pub-
lished in the Government Gazette of 1th December,
1913, in the manner following that is to say, by re-
pealing By-law No. 121 and substituting therefor the
following:
121. Private fire services will be allowed, but every
such service shall be sealed, except in cases where the
Minister may decide that sealing is unnecessary. For
each such service the owner or occupier shall pay in
advance the actual cost of installation and, where such
service is non-metered, a rental fee of ten shillings
per annum. The owner or occupier for the time being
shall at his own risk and expense and subject to the
provisions of these By-laws keep the fire service in
good order and repair, and so that the same shall at
all times be in accordance with the By-laws. No
water shall be taken from any sealed portion except
for extinction of fire. In the event of the seal having
been broken in case of fire or by accident or other-
wise, the owner or occupier shall give notice forthwith
to the Department and pay the cost of resealing.

Water Rate for 1918-19.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Rate Book for the
year ending 31st October, 1919, of all lands in the
Wagin Water District, now liable to be rated under
the above-mentioned Act, has been made up, and that
the Rate Book pertaining to such Water District may
be inspected at the Water Board's offices, piesse
Buildings, Wagin, on and after 6th January next, 1919.

NOTICE is hereby given that, under the powers con-
ferred by the above-mentioned Act, the Wagin Water
Board has ordered a Rate of One shilling and sixpence
in the for the Wagin Water District, to be made and
levied for the year ending- 31st October, 1919, upon all
rateable land entered in the Rate Book, the making up
of which_ is published in the Government Gazette of
Friday, 20th December, 1918, and in the "Southern
ArguS" of Saturday, 21st December, 1918; that the
11111611111M rate for the above-mentioned period on each
separately assessed parcel of land the annual rate of
which at One shilling and sixpence in the £ would not
exceed ten shillings, shall be ten shillings; unless the
said land is unoccupied land, on which no building is
erected, in which case the said minimum rate for the
period above mentioned on each separately assessed
parcel of land, the annual rate of which at One shilling
and sixpence in the £ would not exceed five shillings,
shall be five shillings.

parties.
AWARD.
1. Scope of Award.--This award applies only to those officers in the service of the Com-
missioner of Railways the minimum salary of whose office does not exceed £400, and is divided
into parts as follows :
Part 1- -- Applying to all officers on the salaried staff of the Western Australian
State Railways, with the exception of those officers covered by Parts II.
and III. hereof.
Part II.Applying to Loco. Foremen, Loco. Inspectors, Sub-Loco. Foremen, and
Sub-Loco. Inspectors.
Part III.Applying to Goods Agents, Station-masters, Assistant Station-masters,
and Night Station-masters.
Part IV.Applying to officers on the salaried staff of the State Electric Power House.
Part V.Applying to officers on the salaried staff of the Perth Tramways.
2. The Commissioner shall grade each office in the various divisions of his service into
the appropriate one of the several classes hereinafter prescribed, according to the relative im-
portance of the duties and responsibilities attached to such several offices, and shall pay to the
several officers so appointed to such offices, respectively, not less than the minimum salaries
hereinafter prescribed for such respective classes.

3. Classification of Adult Officers.Adult officers to whom this Part of the award applies
shall be classified into six classes, viz. :
First Class, with a minimum salary of £400.

per week, upon payment of one twenty-sixth of a month's salary for each extra shift so worked.
The week shall be from Sunday to Saturday inclusive.
