iFarm™ Quick Start Guide
IFM-IP65
Step 1
Place the iFarm™ device on the inside of the
front left leg of the grain cart close to the scale
junction box. Using a pen, mark the location of
the 4 corner holes. Drill holes out using the 3/16”
drill bit and electric drill.

AA 3.6v Lithium Battery TL-5903
X4 10-24 - 1” Hex Bolts
X4 10-24 serrated anged nut
X5 Zip-ties
Step 2
Fasten the iFarm device using the four 10-24x1”
hex machine bolts and four serrated ange nuts.
Tighten all bolt when completed using 5/16” Hex
Driver.
Step 3
Disconnect the cable from the previously
installed scale indicator and connect into the
iFarm™ device. Secure cable with supplied
zip-ties.
Step 4
Remove cover with Phillips heads screw driver.
Install AA 3.6v lithium battery. Replace cover and
secure.
Step 5
Remove previously installed scale indicator,
battery holder, 12v lead-acid battery, mounting
plate and 12v power line.

iFarm™ App by Bitstrata™

The iFarm™ device and the iFarm™ App by Bitstrata™ communicate wirelessly via bluetooth. In order for
all components to function, bluetooth on your device must be turned in the setting panel and be with in
a distance of at least 50’-150’. This one time procedure is only needed to be repeated if transferring the
iFarm™ device to another grain cart.
Step 1
Download the iFarm™ app from the
Apple App Store or Android Play
Store. You can also scan this bar-code
to take you to the app and more
instructional information.

Step 3
Navigate to the Device panel.
With the cart attached to the tractor
and jack is removed, press Zero
Scale. Press Yes. Fill your grain cart
with some grain around 5,000 -
10,000 lbs. Get a reading from a
certied scale. Enter that weight into
the Certied Reading area. Select
the Weight panel and enter the
displayed value into the Cart
Reading area. Press Calculate. A new
Calibration Factor will be displayed.
Press Save Settings. Press Yes .
Step 2
Open the app and navigate to the
Settings panel. Press the plus
symbol + in the top left corner. Wait
10 sec for your smartphone/tablet
to pair with the iFarm device.
Press Okay. Name your iFarm
device. (ex. J&M 1151). Press DONE.
