standards as an ISO/IEC 17025:2005; ANSI/NCSL Z540.1:1994
and ANSI/NCSL Z540.3 sub-clause 5.3. laboratory.
Metrology and Calibration Accreditation Program (METCAP)
laboratories control measuring and test equipment to the highest
national standards. METCAP laboratories apply the requirements
of ANSI Z540.3 and calculate the probability of false acceptance
