U.S. Visa Application Fee (MRV)
Online Bank Funds Transfer Payment Instructions
This payment method only supports fund transfers from Banks located in Belgium. Do not use this
payment method if you do not have access to a bank account in Belgium.
International bank fund transfers are not supported.
Failure to follow these instructions will result in delays to your United States visa application.
Bank Fund Transfer Payment Instructions
1. You must pay this visa fee on or before 2016-12-13. If you have missed this date, you must sign
into our system and generate a new version of this instruction page.
2. You must transfer exactly 152.00 EUR. Do not pay this fee in another currency. You must pay
any additional fees separately.
3. Your Payment Identification Number (PIN) is 5119363577355. You must enter this PIN into the
'reference' and/or 'reason to transfer' field on your online banking funds transfer form. Do not alter
this number or include any other information when entering the PIN into a field.
4. Enter the following values in your online banking payment form:

5. Save a copy of your bank funds transfer confirmation in case the submission on your application
fails.
6. You will receive an automated email once your funds are confirmed in our account. This can
take up to three business days.
CSC collects Visa Fees on behalf of U.S. Department of State. This visa application fee is valid for one year from the
payment date and may be used for U.S. visa applications in Belgium only. MRV fee payments are non-refundable and
non-transferable.
If you encounter any problems with your payment or have not received a confirmation email after 3 business days,

Les virements bancaires internationaux ne sont pas pris en charge.
La non-application de ces instructions entraînera des retards dans votre demande de visa pour les
États-Unis.
Instructions de paiement par virement bancaire
1. Vous devez régler les frais de visa au plus tard le 2016-12-13. Passée cette date, vous devrez
vous connecter dans notre système et générer une nouvelle page d'instructions.
2. Vous devez payer exactement 152.00 EUR. Ne payez pas ces frais dans une autre devise. Tous
frais supplémentaires doivent être réglés séparément.
3. Votre numéro d'identification de paiement (PIN) est le 5119363577355. Vous devez indiquer ce
PIN dans le champ « référence » et / ou dans le champ « motif du paiement » lors de la saisie du
virement dans votre système de paiements en ligne. Ne modifiez ou ne rajoutez aucune autre
information que le PIN fourni dans le champ requis.
4. Entrez les informations suivantes lors de la saisie du virement dans votre système de paiements
en ligne :

5. Gardez une copie de la confirmation de votre virement bancaire en cas de demande non
aboutie.
6. Vous recevrez un e-mail automatique une fois que les fonds sont reçus sur notre compte. Cela
peut prendre jusqu'à trois jours ouvrable.
La société CSC encaisse les frais de visa pour le compte du Département d'État américain. Ces frais de demande de
visa sont valables un an à compter de la date de paiement et doivent être utilisés pour des demandes de visa pour les
États-Unis en Belgium uniquement. Le paiement des frais de visa MRV sont non-remboursables et non-transférables.
Si vous rencontrez des problèmes avec votre paiement ou si vous n'avez pas reçu un e-mail de confirmation après 3

Betalingsinstructies voor gelden via internetbankieren
Deze betalingsmethode ondersteunt alleen overschrijvingen via banken die zich in Belgium
bevinden. Gebruik deze betalingsmethode niet als u geen toegang hebt tot een bankrekening in
Belgium.
Internationale overschrijvingen worden niet ondersteun.
Als u deze instructies niet volgt, zal uw visumaanvraag voor de Verenigde Staten vertraging
oplopen.
Betalingsinstructies voor gelden via bankoverschrijving
1. U moet deze visumvergoeding op of vóór 2016-12-13 betalen. Als u deze datum mist, moet u
zich bij ons systeem aanmelden en een nieuwe versie van deze instructiepagina laden.
2. U moet precies 152.00 EUR overschrijven. Betaal deze vergoeding niet in een andere valuta.
Betaal eventuele extra vergoedingen afzonderlijk.
3. Uw betalings-id (PIN) is 5119363577355. U moet deze PIN invoeren in het veld 'mededeling'
en/of 'reden voor betaling' in het overschrijvingsformulier van online bankieren. Pas die nummer
niet aan en vermeld geen andere gegevens wanneer u de PIN in een veld invoert.
4. Voer de volgende gegevens in het overschrijvingsformulier van online bankieren in:

5. Bewaar een kopie van de bevestiging van uw overschrijving voor het geval dat de indiening van
uw aanvraag mislukt.
6. U zult een automatische e-mail ontvangen zodra uw gelden op onze rekening zijn toegekomen.
Dit kan tot drie werkdagen duren.
CSC int de visumvergoedingen namens het U.S. Department of State. De vergoeding voor deze visumaanvraag is één
jaar vanaf de betalingsdatum geldig en mag alleen worden gebruikt voor visumaanvragen voor de VS in Belgium.
Betalingen van de MRV-vergoeding kunnen niet worden terugbetaald of overgedragen.
Bij problemen met uw betaling of als u 3 werkdagen na de betaling geen bevestigingse-mail hebt ontvangen, kunt u
